Suspension of account
My account was recently suspended and I’m not sure why. I would appreciate an explanation and guidance on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks
Realistic
Empower app was great to use to help voters register and vote. It even gave reminders to the voter to vote and register. I would like to use the app to vote in the next election. I recommend this app to all my friends and family. Excellent experience.

This app was awesome to not only empower my community with voting but an amazing way to make a few extra dollars! I really enjoyed using this app! Looking forward to the next opportunity!
Lies about referral program
Lies about referral program that people will get $50 after we invited people they canceled the program and now everyone is saying it’s not eligible
App is down
It’s not working can someone fix this there are others waitibg to participate in this program why are the links not working and why can’t anyone sign up to get on this needs to be fixed please

Many different organizations use the Empower App. If an organization is not meeting your expectations or their commitments, you can report payment issues in the Empower App by tapping "Payments" and then "Report a payment issue" to communicate with the organization.
Account suspended for suspicious activity for following everything they have asked
They suspended my account after a couple of hours and you can never get in contact with no one to fix the issue. I referred multiple individuals to sign up for the cause, and I was suspended. It’s a joke.
No money
Never got paid not once or sent a email to get paid

Beware once the programs end you won’t get your money and they won’t help it be fixed either you anyone won’t proof I have plenty of screenshots
Fairly easy to use
This App was fairly easy to use , they give the task and you complete the task , then you get paid . I would say that it’s better to get paid do your banking not Cash app Cash app take so much longer. And make sure you complete your task within the time otherwise you won’t get paid..

This was a great opportunity!
At first I was just doing this to earn extra money. After sharing with so many people I discovered that there were so many that did not even know about the election. It was then that I realized that this is far more than a money making opportunity. I was able to spread the importance of why to vote, who to vote for, and what to for. As a result we got the right Judge, and the very much needed referendum for RUSD! I am very proud of the work that was accomplished and look forward to doing it again. Oh, and I earned over $300, and got paid each time without problems 😊

Great Idea
It was a wonderful way to get involved in this election during these times where it seems we don’t have the power to fix the things we see are wrong ourselves. Basically it was nice to help get Susan and Jill elected. Also the app was easy to use for me but my mom had a harder time. I was paid on time and I have no complaints.

Never got paid and they make it so hard to contact them I never even was asked what’s my bank info so they could send the money but it said that they paid me out already
