Endometriosis Toolkit User Reviews

Profiting off Desperation.

I was so excited to see an app designed for people that suffer with this disease like me, but was immensely disappointed to see the paywall blocking ALL the tools. I was genuinely so excited to see that people put in the effort to help others in need of support like me, but was letdown by the immediate ask for money to even get in the door. Sickening and disappointing.

Didn’t help

Expensive and so many questions couldn’t get through it.

Best Endometriosis App

I honestly wish I had this app years ago, this is the first app I’ve found that brings everything together in one place. What I love most is that it doesn’t just track symptoms it helps understand why and what you can actually do about it. The endofit score makes me feel like I’m finally move forward and I’ve already seen changes in my energy and bloating and understanding my body. Finally I feel empowered and it’s the support I didn’t know I needed.

Profiting Off Pain

It’s absolutely outrageous to charge for an app like this. 190 million women have endometriosis, that means women from every demographic and socioeconomic background. Most of those women will face delayed diagnosis (especially lower income as well as WOC), there is also such a lack of pain management and tips within the healthcare environment and our communities as women. Yet we’re charging for an app that literally guides endometriosis patients (the disease that has rarely ever been funded or truly validated). Maybe consider that your app may be helping some endo patients, you neglect the women who cannot accessibly access your app every month. So at what point does helpful become harmful..

I can’t get through the beginning questions

I can’t answer all the questions for the endo for score as the screen pops up that it won’t include hormones, but it won’t let me scroll to get to the continue button.
Also, there are more reasons than menopause to no longer get your period. I had a hysterectomy, so I still go through the hormones every month, I just don’t have a period. But that’s not an option.

Added after response: I was able to get past the questions by making my devices font size smaller, unfortunately this also made my devices font size unreadable for me as I have a vision impairment. Upon increasing the font size again after getting past the questions there’s further similar accessibility issues. Basically this app is unfortunately difficult to access for those of us with vision impairments

a tool for the friendos!!

this is an incredible resource as someone with endometriosis!! I love that I’m able to log and track my symptoms, which is so important as I’m always needing to have in depth notes and dates to refer to. I love that I’m able to set realistic goals and it provides at home PFT or whatever I’m hoping to work on to help me get there. it gives me such good insight to how I feel and how that changes throughout my cycle. if you’re looking for something that has everything in one place, this is it :)

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced. The issue with the Continue button not appearing is likely related to your phone's text size settings. Reducing the text size in your device settings should allow the full screen content, including navigation buttons, to appear properly. We’re always happy to help with this—please feel free to reach out to our support team directly if the issue continues. We also appreciate your thoughtful input about the hormone tracking options. You're absolutely right that there are many reasons someone might not have a period but still experience hormonal cycles, and we’re actively working to make our app more inclusive of different medical experiences like hysterectomy. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective - it really helps us improve. The Endo Team support@endo45.co.nz

Could be better

Better than some but it keeps freezing? Also I can’t adds my periods dates in

Endo45 has helped me!

Endo45 helps me connect the dots between my symptoms & daily habits.

The symptom tracking is clean and intuitive, and the Endo Fit Score keeps me motivated without feeling overwhelmed. Thanks to the app, I’ve been able to make practical changes that are genuinely helping me reduce my pain — and that means everything.

It’s not just helpful; it’s sustainable — and that’s what makes all the difference.

If you’re ready to take control of your endo journey and find what works for you, I highly recommend giving Endo45 a try!

Incredible App

It’s so amazing to be able to properly track my fatigue levels. It’s what I struggle with the most and most apps purely focus on either period tracking or pain levels , but being able to see a graph of my fatigue is brilliant. I’m also just stepping into the different habits and learning about different ways to help myself feel better. My endofit score is slowly improving and it’s so exciting!

Interesting app

I tried for a couple of months and it wasn’t for me. Interesting information, and user friendly as you don’t need to go research yourself. I didn’t find the tracking was quite thorough enough for my own symptoms and it didn’t seem to recognise cycle tracking if you have an IUD. I can see how it would be very helpful for a lot of people tho.

Excellent and helpful overview

I’m new to the app and love how user friendly it is, and that it tailors to my situation and symptoms. I’m looking forward to using it as a tool to manage my journey. Thank you for creating something that makes such a difference!

Great App

Using the Endo45 app has been a great consistency tool for my endo journey in keeping track of everything that is going on + knowledge and new tools that I can add into my routine for further success on my journey. I think been able to track everything daily is great, along with the healthy habits which takes the pressure off feeling as those you have to fully cut / change everything at once being able to tick them off and add habits as you go makes it easier than trying to do it all at once and not managing to keep up with any of them.

Having a bunch of resources all in one place is amazing and given they are not to long to read through but hold enough info to understand different aspects has been of great value.
The endofit score and health trends is a great tool to be able to look back especially on the harder days and see how far you have come and that you can feel better than what you are in that moment if you keep prioritising yourself & your body.

Can’t get past subscription fee

I can’t tell if this app isn’t working or if it’s just straight up not able to be used with out paying a monthly fee

Charged

I’ve just been charged but I’m meant to have a 7 day trial. I haven’t even tested this yet to see if I like it.

Life Changing

I’ve worked my way through the Endo45 App and each small change has made a big difference to my overall health with Endometriosis. I’m grateful someone has taken the time to share this with sufferers. I’ve read many of the other reviews and now understand that the ones who do the work give the App a great positive. So to all others who have struggled like me, make the commitment to yourself and follow the program (it’s worth it and you ow it to yourself)!

This app is exactly what I needed!

I no longer feel overwhelmed by information. For the first time, I feel truly understood and supported. It makes tracking my symptoms easy, and the tips have genuinely helped me reduce my pain. It has been clearly designed with endo sufferers in mind. Worth every penny!

Full app is behind a paywall, and seems like it’s overstepping

While the app required you to acknowledge that it is not a substitute for medical advice, it really seems like it is pushing a medical opinion. The first article I saw past the paywall was titled “Get Off The Pill: the pill is a bandaid, not your saviour” - this really seems like it’s taking a fairly heavy handed stand on a personal medical question that should be between me and my doctor.

Your feedback will help us continue to improve and ensure that our content respects the boundary between educational information and medical advice.

Excellent resources for women’s health

Finally an app specifically designed for a women’s health issue!! It turned out that I didn’t have endometriosis but this app has helped me crack so many other issues I have been having with my cycle and general wellness. Perimenopause is hard work! Although this app is not designed for perimenopause exactly, so many of the resources were incredibly helpful!!
