Too many false alarms
I see it’s always right when you have a seizure I say which is good, but it’s always wrong when it says you fell down, I get alarms from that just from moving my hand quickly and when I actually do fall, it doesn’t work just stays quiet it makes family worried give a lot of false alerts

This is the best app ever. I have epilepsy and it has caught every seizure I have had
Nice concept
It’s a nice concept, but not very effective. It registers falls and seizures that aren’t real when I’m at work and drop my hand too fast, or lose internet, but not when I actually fell to the floor convulsing in front of my son.
Nope
Bought an Apple Watch specifically for this app then paid the £100 for a subscription. It says you’ve had a fall when you haven’t over the tiniest drop in height. If you’re walking it doesn’t connect properly so when a false alarm goes off you can’t cancel it so has your whole family worrying. Not good at all tried to cancel a week after buying it and was told no refund. Terrible app not in anyway helpful for someone who has epilepsy

Worth it!
I am newly diagnosed with epilepsy and sleeping alone for the first few times were daunting. To have emergency contacts that not only get texted, but called when a seizure is detected is pretty amazing! And, I really appreciate the medication reminders too! Only downfall now is for people without Apple Watches. I know they are working on this compatibility for androids. Hopefully soon it’ll expand to more people out there!

Very good, provides reassurance as it will immediately notify family members if I’m in trouble day or night? but it does burn through the watch battery.

So far app has been great to log our first cluster seisure. Would be good to be able to log cluster seizures in as a seperate with qty during the overall “seizure length” :) - gelastic seizure sufferer
Needs to option for multiple doses of same medication per day.
Update: would love to also be able to add multiple dosage for the same medication in the one med setup :)

Funktioniert wirklich gut. Es beruhigt meine Tochter und mich sehr. Die App erkennt und meldet die Anfälle zuverlässig. Mein Handy klingelt und macht danach Alarm auch wenn es auf stumm geschaltet ist. Ich kann auch jederzeit mal nachschauen wie der Puls meiner Tochter ist.
Nachtrag: Super, dass man auch eine Festnetz Nummer über die App als Notfall Kontakt nutzen. Das ist Vorallem gut in einer Klinik oder Heim z.B. bei vorübergehendem Aufenthalt.

Live Changing!!
This app has given me the freedom to be able to go out on my own for the first time in years! I feel a lot more confident going out alone. Slight issue with the location; gets my home location wrong all the time which has caused issues on numerous occasions in finding me. This has also happened when I’ve been out and the company has called my family to tell them I have had a seizure and they’ve given them the wrong location for where I am and I’ve not been found for a long time. I’ve raised this issue numerous times and it’s still a problem after 2 years of asking for it to be fixed and this is a potentially fatal issue!

My son has now had another seizure with EpiCentr active, and it has alerted us of the seizure successfully.
