Worth it!

I am newly diagnosed with epilepsy and sleeping alone for the first few times were daunting. To have emergency contacts that not only get texted, but called when a seizure is detected is pretty amazing! And, I really appreciate the medication reminders too! Only downfall now is for people without Apple Watches. I know they are working on this compatibility for androids. Hopefully soon it’ll expand to more people out there!

Thank you very much for your positive review! Indeed, if you use audio monitoring (recording), your iPhone can't play music at the same time. However, if you use the monitoring mode on Apple Watch, you can still play music on your iPhone.

Thank you for your review! The monitoring mode on the watch enables real-time heart rate tracking as well as motion sensors. It does use a fair amount of battery, but this is necessary for seizure detection. If you use the watch app at night, please use Night Mode, which is available by rotating the Digital Crown while monitoring is active. It hides the alert button to avoid accidental touches at night and helps save battery by minimizing network activity.

So far app has been great to log our first cluster seisure. Would be good to be able to log cluster seizures in as a seperate with qty during the overall “seizure length” :) - gelastic seizure sufferer
Needs to option for multiple doses of same medication per day.

Update: would love to also be able to add multiple dosage for the same medication in the one med setup :)

Funktioniert wirklich gut. Es beruhigt meine Tochter und mich sehr. Die App erkennt und meldet die Anfälle zuverlässig. Mein Handy klingelt und macht danach Alarm auch wenn es auf stumm geschaltet ist. Ich kann auch jederzeit mal nachschauen wie der Puls meiner Tochter ist.

Nachtrag: Super, dass man auch eine Festnetz Nummer über die App als Notfall Kontakt nutzen. Das ist Vorallem gut in einer Klinik oder Heim z.B. bei vorübergehendem Aufenthalt.

Live Changing!!

This app has given me the freedom to be able to go out on my own for the first time in years! I feel a lot more confident going out alone. Slight issue with the location; gets my home location wrong all the time which has caused issues on numerous occasions in finding me. This has also happened when I’ve been out and the company has called my family to tell them I have had a seizure and they’ve given them the wrong location for where I am and I’ve not been found for a long time. I’ve raised this issue numerous times and it’s still a problem after 2 years of asking for it to be fixed and this is a potentially fatal issue!

Hello! We completely reworked the entire geolocation module shortly after you first contacted us about it. A significant amount of work went into it. The location is now updated continuously in real time during an active alert, so Emergency Contacts can see it in the app. We were confident that the new module was working correctly. We have just started using this. Does the monitor function have to be on all the time? Will it still pick up sezuires if the monitoring function is off?

Nice feature to add to the picture for the specialist report when meds are changing. Has been busy meds given in time but nit always logged on time. The option to log as on time not just when you log would be good. Eg we may delay meds rather then wake our daughter as this could trigger a seizure.

18 € im Monat ist sehr happig für eine einfache Dokumentations Möglichkeit. Wenn man alle Funktionen mit der automatischen Überwachung haben möchte, ist es gerechtfertigt, dass man das braucht um sein einfaches selbstgeführtes Protokoll aufzuschreiben ist ziemlich bodenlos

Hallo! Vielleicht gab es ein Missverständnis, aber das vollständig nutzbare Anfallstagebuch und die Medikamentenerinnerungen sind in der kostenlosen Version enthalten. Diese beinhaltet sogar eine eingeschränkte Alarmfunktion, und das war schon immer so. Der von Ihnen genannte Preis gilt für die Vollversion mit Telefonanrufen im Alarmfall und weiteren zusätzlichen Funktionen.

Glitch after glitch

I have this connected to my Apple Watch and for the most part it works great but it sometimes starts randomly starting the countdown as if I’m hitting the alert button. It’s a frequent issue that needs to be resolved. Other than that it’s a alright app. The Constantly going off is the worst thing abt this app
