Asks me to register again and again
This time it probably worked for the longest time
BUT
And it’s thrown me out again and again and again
One of the worst apps ever
Throws me out every so often and I have to register again and again and again
Why they cannot fix this problem I do not know
It allows you to get limited information about your account but does not give any vital information about how to withdraw funds or account numbers. Worst of all I have to keep registering as the app throws me out every few months. No not much good

Doesn't work, reset password and despite all correct credentials it doesn't log in even after reinstalling app

Such a bad app, doesn’t remember your credential and you have to log in every single time, using: DOB, NIN, etc.

A 4 year old to have designed a better app than this. Regularly I have to resign back in, just as regularly the app says we cannot process your request at this time.

Constantly asking to sign in
For years this app has had the same issue. Signs you out, app doesn’t remember any sign in details. You have to sign in, set up pin and enable facial recognition over and over again. Super frustrating

Disappointed
I thought this would be the app that is compatible with the EQ Shareowneronline website but I guess not. Therefore this app is of no use to me.

I have had no issues with this app until today. I’m waiting on shares to drop down, I receive an email telling me I have a document to view. Open the app it forces me to update and now there is an error occurred and won’t log me in!! Great work
