Port forwarding
Unfortunately you can’t set up port forwarding in netcloud.
Locks up now
The app locks up when I click on any managed Cradlepoint device. I have to force close the app, but I can never get into the details of any managed device. This used to be a working product.
Cradlepoint running 7.24.60 with latest carrier modem firmware. iPhone XR, ios 17.6.1.

After updating to latest version, unable to login, keeps saying “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing.” Edit: the app has made some major updates towards the right direction to show what is important during a support call, most important to see if device is using primary to LTE. A very useful function is to prioritize Ethernet or modem right from the app. This app needs some QA, user engagement and some great UI/UX designers! Frustrating to have to use it but run into issues when you need to access information ASAP!

Cradlepoint is awesome!
Mobile site is a nightmare and app lacks critical features
We use Cradlepoints in kiosks around the city and while deploying them need to clear the configuration. The current website is awful on mobile and not optimized for any type of use and the app lacks the one feature we need from it. Happy to rate it 5 stars if you can add that feature but until then I’ll just uninstall.

Needs a Fix
App crashes when I try to switch accounts on my login. Am an administrator for both accounts. iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 15.1

Needs lots of work
Unable to manage devices in the NCM app
Useful for quick status
I like being able to check the modem status quickly. Also online status is great. I wish I could get router logs. Its also a pain to configure alerts when my router goes down.
Decent start but....
The app provides basic insight into your NetCloud deployment but lacks one basic function....there are no current signal strength readings, only 3 day historic. Kinda hard to troubleshoot ongoing issues without this.

Need to add ability to move devices into groups.

It won’t list the devices, gets an error
Fantastic app
It offers much of the functionality that the ECM offers online, and while you can’t do configuration editing, being able to monitor performance and do speed tests is great!
Would love to see alerts come through the app to lessen emails being sent from those alerts.
Would highly recommend, marry, slow down, have a family, and live happily ever after.
