Yeah, it’s back and better than ever
The new version for iOS 11 works better than ever. It does everything I need without being cluttered with cumbersome extra. I especially like the bulk addition of sub tasks. It’s the only app that does this while allowing full functionality.
Thank you David for putting up with my whining about needing the upgrade. I feel more in control again instead of constantly feeling like I forgot something.

My errands out of nowhere disappeared!!! Whom can I contact to get them back?
Don’t upgrade not working
I’ve had this app for years and it’s started playing up and locking out. So I upgraded it to premium. Got the same problem. So I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it’s lost ALL my old data and lists!! HELP. I can’t find anywhere to report this or get any help??

Does NOT sync
I love this app. I use both Alarmed and Errands apps. Alarmed app syncs just fine between
my iPhone and iPad, but the Errands app refuses to sync to my iPad and I have attempted all troubleshooting steps multiple times to no avail. I’ve given up on this app, very disappointing.

This is a great app. I use at home and work and is perfect for staying on track.

Find the app very easy to use and helpful. I have a TBI so memory is a problem and this app gives me simple reminders for a variety of different things. Definitely recommend it.
Errand keeps ringing
After I disable the alarm or actually check it off the list, the Erin will ring once or twice more. I really love your products but it’s been doing this for a while and there’s no other way to give Feedback
Still the best
Sure, the sync doesn’t work anymore but it remains the best simple and easy To-Do app. Have been using it for years and hope to continue using it.
Functional, but why not more intervals for nagging
I have used this app for 10 years, and for the most part, I quite like it. But why the hell aren’t there more nag intervals than every minute or every hour? There’s 58 other numbers that could be put there. Sometimes I’m busy at the moment an alert happens, and can’t accomplish the task, which leads me to either have to just let my phone continually chirp at me (annoying, also the banner blocks map instructions, which is inconvenient while driving), change the task time (annoying to do, changes for all instances of that task so I have to reset it later) or check the task off (and then I don’t actually get reminded when I am able to perform the task. Please give us the option to nag every 5 minutes and every 15 minutes so that we’re not stuck with three bad options.

Needs a slider to facilitate repositioning tasks or make the "eye" icon do what it is supposed to do as described on the FAQ's. Then you would have a beautiful app!

My data disappeared
My data disappeared. I followed the instructions and clicked on my latest backup. The app did nothing, just closed. Please provide assistance in restoring my data.
