Withdrawal failure
I have deposited Rs. 5000 from my linked SBI saving account, but now I’m not able to withdraw my money back, they said, transaction failed, limit exceeded… it’s just ₹5000, my money is stuck, I raised a complaint to their support team multiple times but, I don’t get any response from them, I call up the customer care, they told me to email to their support support team , which I had already did multiple times. What am I going to do now? It’s been 17 days now. This app is such a fraud. Scamming people.

Excellent and safe app
All you need to add few more features so we no need any other apps for payments, pls add bill payment, payment via mobile is not happing, payment via UPI is not happening, give us more features for all kind of payment and it’s mode 👍🏼
Initial experience of a Senior Citizen Baba in Himachal Pradesh with previous experience in Banking.
Waited patiently to register on my iPhone 6S Plus. Loaded ₹2,000. Already made a couple of merchant payments in the local market. Smooth flow. No different from YONO or BHIM which I was using earlier. Next milestone for ERUPEE BY SBI should be to introduce NO PIN FOR PAYMENTS LESS THAN ₹500 and FINGERPRINT PAYMENTS. I have lost the habit of typing 6 digits on YONO and BHIM both of which give this facility. Seems too boring. Overall great initiative. Hearty Congratulations to RBI, NPCI & SBI. Keep going ahead. You have the best wishes and blessings of citizens like me.

Looks like a beta version
A long way to go. It is not linking to the bank account. Tried several times and no response from the developer too. Let us wait and see, after all it’s SBI, it’s going to take its time but eventually it will come up with a good solution. I hope.

Doesn’t integrate with other payment platforms
App installed ok on IPhone. It doesn’t integrate with Apple Pay. So not much use. Unlike gpay there is an extra step to add money to wallet and transfer to mobile number only works with erupee registered users. Doesn’t work even if recipients are registered on PhonePe. So nothing new in this app. Get Apple Pay to work and this will be a huge hit.

After numerous failed attempts i was somehow able to register and sign in to the app. But still not able to do any txns. Sometimes it shows "network conn. lost" sometimes "unable to process" and sometimes "please try after sometime"..

May be a better version to come after so many years like in the case of the YONO app.. lets wait for it. Meanwhile we can use gpay or other customer friendly financial apps

Workaround on SIM Registration
As many reviews here suggest, the SIM registration isn’t perfect.
One workaround is to temporarily disable the second sim, and keep only the sim that is linked to your account as active. Then it just picks the one available sim and completes registration easily!
Yet to try out the use cases, but so far so good!
