Worst Banking App
I have never used such a frustrating banking app. I added a payee for fund transfer, completed the approval process successfully, and waited almost 24 hours. Even after all that, the payee still doesn't appear in the Fund Transfer section. Thinking it was a one-time issue, I added another payee and followed the exact same procedure. Once again, the payee was approved but never reflected in the app.
Because of this, I am completely unable to transfer money through the app. This is a basic banking feature, and it's unacceptable for it to fail repeatedly. A banking app should be reliable, especially when it comes to fund transfers. This has wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.
Bank of Maharashtra needs to fix these issues immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend the Zen Lyfe app to anyone. By far the worst banking app I have ever used.

Account statement issue
The bank app is smooth and fulfills basic banking needs. But recently I am facing one issue for loan account statement after last app update to version 2.1, when I am going to loan account section and clicking on loan account, the statement is not opening and there is no other way through which I can access my loan account statement.

Good Experience, but Custom Dates Not Working
Overall, the app performs well and features a well-designed, intuitive user interface. However, there is a functional issue that needs attention. Specifically, the custom date range feature for viewing and downloading statements is currently unresponsive. Regardless of the specific dates entered, the system defaults to generating statements for only the trailing 12 months. Resolving this bug would significantly enhance the app's usability.
