Requesting you to provide 1.Provide to download or email the statement with custom time duration
2.Provide option to create custom VPA so that we can pay to the VPA like in UPI ecosystem (this is already provided by other bank CBDC apps)

Withdrawal failure
I have deposited Rs. 5000 from my linked SBI saving account, but now I’m not able to withdraw my money back, they said, transaction failed, limit exceeded… it’s just ₹5000, my money is stuck, I raised a complaint to their support team multiple times but, I don’t get any response from them, I call up the customer care, they told me to email to their support support team , which I had already did multiple times. What am I going to do now? It’s been 17 days now. This app is such a fraud. Scamming people.
