Esampark app interface is 3rd class . Its not to use convenient .

Transaction Not Reflected In Account On Website
Payment made at Chandigarh for electricity bill yields a receipt number with which the receipt couldn’t be downloaded. Additionally, the transaction is not reflected in account on the main eSampark website and hence receipt can’t be downloaded on the main website either.
Payment credit
I have a duty every month to ensure writing a email for getting my payment credited to my account after transferring it via UPI; because your app never reflects it into my accounts. I have 4 accounts affected
App not working in Western countries?
This is question to dev is there any restriction for this app to work outside India?
Super App
App works fine. No crash, easy to use with multiple payment option. Only one thing that developers need to fix - in ios dark mode, the app text doesn’t change colour to white (keeps default black) and nothing is visible in download folder / added accounts / sampark Centers etc…
App Crash
After update not able to pay bills. Each time when try to click on bill summary app gets crashed. Even online payment on website transactions gets failed each time.
App closes abruptly
After recent update, App gets closed abruptly after trying to view the water bill details.

Electricity Bill A/c no. Could not be added
This seems to be worst app for utility payments. I am not able to add my electricity bill account to this app. Whenever I try to add it gives an error “invalid A/c No.” However I am filling the Account Number from latest physical bill received at my residence.
Whereas when I log in to e sampark website, I my account number is added there and I am able to see my latest bill.

Truly useless application not able to register my bill account number with this app..
What a disaster
It doesn’t work. App starts and remains stuck at “Network error”. Got more than 200 apps on my phone and all works expect this one.
What kind of special network this app is looking for?
I think the developers need to start working on the feedback from others, else this app doesn’t even deserve to be listed in App Store.

Too much bugs. No one responding from customer support department. Non workable features are added. Just a waste of time.

Day by day where IT technology upgraded everywhere, Here app is made to harass citizens so you don’t forget government office routine work style.
Only difference now you don’t have face on sitting table.
Also scan code on electricity bill demand credit card no option for debit card when you try and try to do transaction from bank app.
