Pessimo aplicativo
Não consegui fazer login, me deixou sem conseguir carregar meu eSIM, pois diz que vai enviar um e-mail de confirmação , mas só envia duas horas depois, quando a seção já expirou, não se consegue fazer login. Não tem outra forma de acessar, Nso confie de ficar dependendo do aplicativo.
No sirve en el crucero
Hice todo lo que decían en la aplicación. Estando en el barco la conexión no funcionaba para nada. Una vez sobre cinco podías enviar algún mensaje por WhatsApp, todo lo demás no tenia conexión. Lo único bueno es que en las islas donde parábamos si iba todo bien. Así que me concejo es que si la van a comprar para ir en barco no vale la pena.

Poor Connection
Used this service on an Alaskan cruise. The connection was poor to the point of being unusable. A complete waste of time and money.
Poor service and not as advertised
I purchased 830 day Europe, 10 GB plan that was not cheap and unfortunately my experience with product was very disappointing in that it did work on land intermittently the service on the cruise ship was completely inconsistent, unpredictable and not reliable. I can say this, as someone who has used land only eSIM multiple times in the past without any similar issues. From a practical standpoint while support is available it is difficult to access support when your data plan is not working properly. I will say it is cheaper than the cruise ship Internet package, but the inferior service is not worth. The savings I would hesitate to rely on this plan ever again for cruise line travel.

Wouldn’t open up in Turkey
Tried dozens of time to login, installed and uninstalled. Waste of time.
Data Did Not Work
Purchased an unlimited data plan for a month, however, for the majority of my trip the data did not work at all. Support never responded to my messages

Traveled 3 continents multiple times in several countries, no issues whatsoever, thank you GigSky!
Doesn’t work
Connects to 5g allegedly but doesn’t actually connect to data. Waste of time.
More hype than reality
Followed the spec, getting the package that ticked all the boxes spent the day walking round the RC ship with no connection. The only conclusion is that, in this day and era where cruise lines aim to monetise wherever they can, the cellular is hidden or disconnected so you have to buy the ships WiFi package.
Top tip: manage without ( like the old days) and get free local wifi in a on-land bar or cafe or get a land-based roaming eSIM for a fraction of the cost

Setup
I was able to load the eSIM to my iPhone, but it was grayed out and I could not select it. when I contacted GigSky for help the message I got after waiting for a while was sorry we can’t help you right now.

Disappointment
This service is the worst I’ve encountered. When on vacation you need data to navigate your way around a strange city and your eSIM stops functioning you realize you get what you pay for. This was a so-called “perk” from my credit card company. When it stopped working I was in London trying to find my way back to the hotel. Finally figured out how to get there on my own. Spent 3 hours chatting with three different support people who could only ask me to do the same things. Finally I just gave up and bought the expensive but reliable package from my wireless provider. If you want a worry free vacation this is not the app to use.

Would not recommend
I thought this was the answer to my data issues at sea. Far from it. I could never connect. Ended up getting data from my phone provider.
Bad experience so far
I am currently in Trinidad and purchased a 5GB eSIM valid for 15 days. The eSIM was successfully installed and shows as connected to the network, but it does not provide any internet access.
I had significant difficulty while on the streets relying on it, as I believed the eSIM was active and operational, but I was unable to use any online services.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

Difficult to stay connected. Ended up having to turn my ATT roaming. Great idea if it worked reliably.
