App doesn’t open on home page and when you try to navigate, it crashes

My money is very secure with Esssuper and that’s the most important thing for me at this stage in my life.
Doesn’t work well on ios
Open the app and total amount disappears, select another option and the app closes.
Crashes
The app views my face 3 times before letting me in and crashes when I try to use the tabs at the bottom. Reported via email two weeks ago, so far no response.
Glitch
The app has a glitch where the home page appears briefly before the transactions page opens and I am unable to get the home page to reappear.
App crashes
Since last update, the app tries to check Face ID multiple times. Loads and wipes investment summary on initial load, crashes when moving between tabs. Have tried removing app and reinstalling app, but same problem exists.

This new app from the previous one has been developed and whilst I don’t see much improvement I have been using it with no real problem. But the problems did start a short time ago. It now takes three impressions of my fingerprint just to open the app. When in the app when I go to my transactions it just closes. There are other no existent features on other areas which really make it unusable. I have lodged a request and hopefully they are looking into it. I have a 9th gen iPad and don’t have a problem elsewhere.

App is useless
App is useless.
Keeps glitching
Since the recent update this app keeps glitching, keeps closing, won’t load my balance. I’ve tried deleting then reloading, it still happens. Useless
So so unreliable
The previous version of this app wasn’t great but at least it worked. This version will only work on one device some of the time. To make it worse, this version of the app has actually lost some of the features of the previous app.
All I want to be able to do is have a look at my super balance when I want to look at it. Really not that hard except when using the app. That in this day and I have to go to the website and log on there is ridiculous. ESSS do better.

Annoying
Glad I can now log in with Face ID but layout is not functional. Can’t see my balance and if I try to navigate around it automatically closes. Very frustrating.

Don’t like the lack of functionality in the new version
30 June Balance
The previous version of the app should the balance as at the previous 30 June with the current balance and the percentage change, positive or negative which was very helpful. Please add this feature in new version of the app.
Also the withdrawal transactions are not shown until a day or more after receiving payment in my bank account and I am not sure when the balance is updated after withdrawals are made.

Terrible - New app, less informative
I have ESSS & ESS and the app doesn’t give me my combined figure? Why? My latest transaction (on the front page) listed as October 2024? And where’s the improvement percentage figure gone?

New app - less information
Unlike the previous version; this latest app doesn’t tell me the combined total of my two accounts(ESSS/ESS) - I have to add it up myself
No better
The new apps has less functionality than the old app and was up a couple of days and already stopped working.
New updated app.
The new app is not as good as the old one. We cannot have the app on more than one device , something we could do with the previous one. Told it was for security reasons which is ridiculous as banks, health funds , insurance companies etc in fact all other apps do allow you to have them on more than one device. We also have less information on the new app. Previously we could see the balances over time and the percentage the balance decreased but not now. This update has taken away what was previously available. Do not like it.

Such a positive improvement!
This app is so much better than the old one, it is much easier to navigate and use. A much needed and appreciated improvement!
