App CONSTANTLY resets!
I’ve had this vacuum and app for three years now, and it completely forgets all network settings once a month! I’ve had different phones, different Internet and different routers… and the app ALWAYS forgets. I have to delete everything and go through setup every single time.
The past year I’ve just been using it manually by pushing the buttons on the unit. I decided to redownload the app again to see if any updates/changes occurred… and it doesn’t appear so! Otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.

Crash on iPhone.
Unusable. Crash whenever open
No widgets!
App isn’t compatible with new IOS apple, and no updates have been made to bring back widgets despite in app updates saying this is temporary.
Very Problematic
Got 2 robot vacuum after warranty period, it started to complain about the battery. I changed it but after few months, the problem is there again. Support very unresponsive and you won’t get any support from this company. Avoid at all cost

Request time out
Every time I go to change a schedule or a command it says request time out. It is so stupid and doesn’t work. The machine is very expend for something that doesn’t work. Fix your app and do better

Eufy robovac now constantly forgets room maps rendering the entire point of a robot vac a joke. Don’t buy this rubbish

Eufy vacuum
No longer loads maps, the eufy refuses to go into a room now saying there is no possible way in there even though there is no restrictions in the app or on the floor.
New onset problems
This is my first robot, vacuum cleaner. I have had it many years, and I have always loved not having to vacuum or sweep every day. Setting it up with easy. Mapping the house was easy. Replacement parts are reasonably priced and easy to change. I have always had problems with losing Wi-Fi and I thought it was because the modem was too far away from the base. We got wi-Fi extenders, and I moved the machine closer to the main modem, but it still happens. It is very annoying because I have to reset the machine every time. The steps are not clear because the buttons that it says to push are the same on my machine. Despite it being off-line, it's still cleans and functions normally even if it's off-line. I just can't adjust the map or set no go zones if it's off-line. The latest thing is my whole house map was lost, now I have to remap the whole house. Sometimes the problem goes away and all of a sudden everything is back to normal. One thing I have noticed with this machine is that it leaves a small scuff mark on each leg of everything it goes around, chairs, tables, sofa legs, so I stuck a piece of felt on the machine all around it to prevent this problem. But it has caused permanent damage on my furniture, which I imagine happens with all machines. I love it so much, but I hate having to reset and re-map the house often.

Only gets a 2nd star because it mostly works.
Like spam? Get endless marketing messages you can’t turn off! Want to save certain room/function programs so you don’t have to manually enter the instructions every time? Ha ha! The joke is on you! Sometimes it follows the saved plan correctly, and sometimes not! Roll the dice and see if you’re lucky today!

Used to be good
In the last year, this app has become practically unusable because it refuses to switch between maps. Restarting the app 5-10x works sometimes. I love the vacuums, but no point in buying again if the maps won’t work.
Critically flawed
This app has a critical flaw in it where login fails despite having entered the correct information.
When I initiated help via chat, the response I received was that it’s a known issue and suggested 2 options that are not really solutions: create a new login using a different email address or delete the existing account and re-register using the same email. That’s a hassle coupled with a burden.
With the advanced technology needed to create a robot vacuum, how is it possible that such a simple, critical aspect of accessing the app used to control the vacuum has failed and been allowed to be in this state for several weeks?
Does eufy think that users will decide to buy eufy again when upgrading their vacuums in the future and will recommend its products to friends and family? Does eufy not realize that this kind of flaw will inspire people like me who normally don’t bother to review apps or products to actually leave a review highlighting such a basic malfunction?

I’d rather suffocate in a plastic bag
Once upon a time I thought I wanted a robot vacuum to help reduce friction and make life easier. This POS app has made me regret spending a single dime on any product your company has created. Not only am I constantly locked out of the app, with no resolve to get back in, but the $600 vacuum is useless. I hope the company goes bankrupt and I hope AI eats your product alive because I have faith that a robot would do better than the literal dukie of engineering this massive dump was.

Map disappears
The app is fine except that every now and then it claims it doesn’t have a map - even though it loads initially and I can see it when I go into history and look at prior cleanings. But nothing shows under map management. This is very annoying.
Very forgetful app!
Nearly every time I go on the app (and every time I’m in a rush) the map has disappeared. Now the saved maps have started disappearing too. Plus sometimes the vacuum cant be found.
Maps missing
It used to be the multi maps would be there and be saved but not anymore. Even when I make a new map and click save, it doesn’t bring it up. Really annoying!
