Was great till ability to reschedule appts stopped
The primary purpose of the app is to manage your appointments. Per other reviewers - we utilized this function consistently. Suddenly the last month or so the ability to reschedule is gone. No reason to have this app anymore
Terrible App
I had tried for almost an hour to reschedule an appointment. It keeps loading and loading and loading. I even remove the app and re-downloaded it and it’s still doing the same thing and this is not the first time this has happened. Please update the app.
Booking
I always have difficulty booking. The app does not give me an option to select a day and time when selecting services. Also, I’ve noticed an uptick in ingrown hairs. Prior to booking with EWC, I’ve never had such an issue with ingrowns. I’m assuming it’s either cheap wax or the specialist is not following waxing procedures.

It’s good, but…
The app is pretty basic, and mostly gets the job done. However, it is still lacking the ability to reschedule or cancel an appointment, which is frustrating. You can’t go all in on how this app is a game changer, and that it will help with scheduling, but then I still have to call to rebook, etc. please look into adding this feature.

Loss of rescheduling…
I thought it must be a glitch but then I came to the App Store to check if there was an update and several reviews mentioning the loss of rescheduling. That’s the majority of why I have the app. EWC is becoming less and less appealing 😒

Rescheduling Not Available on App
I have been waiting for 10 minutes to reschedule my appointment at the center. Please bring this option back asap. Very unhappy customer here
Poor
You can make an appointment on the app and then you never see the appointment again to modify or cancel. I always end up having to call the center. It’s a super dysfunctional app.
App Does Not Work
This app used to be great for booking and rescheduling appointments but now it does not work. I tried to reschedule an appointment within the app, there was a long delay and then the appointment disappeared completely from the app. I called the EWC location that I go to for rescheduling and the appointment still does not show in the app. What’s the point in having this app if it serves no purpose?

This app is incredibly slow and glitchy. Always has been. Do better!!!
not functional
My reservations are no longer showing up in the app after I tried to reschedule them. I only use this app to reschedule my appointments, and if I can’t do that anymore, it doesn’t serve much purpose. Please fix asap!
Reschedule not available
I have to agree with an earlier comment about the recent issue not being able to reschedule upcoming appointments in the app. If this feature isn't available, the app loses most of its value to me. I go every 3-4 weeks depending on what events I have coming up, and I like to be able to move it quickly if my plans change. I REALLY miss this easy scheduling feature.

Rescheduling
I have been using the app for years and love how easy it is to schedule and reschedule appointments. However, for the past week, I have not been able to reschedule my appointment and ended up having to call. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it’s still not working so the app has lost its functionality for what I was primarily using it for.

Super User Friendly App
I have been a customer for several years now, and I always use the app instead of the website or calling for booking. It’s easy also for same day appointments. I’ve not had any issues with the app glitching or failing to schedule the appointment. I’ve booked moments before going as well and it’s already in their system before I arrive. I feel like the interface is also very user friendly to navigate and is easy to find what looking for. It’s also very easy to view schedule and services. And it’s quick to go through the process which I appreciate.

The app recognizes my email address but does not send a code to reset the password. There is also customer support within the app

Doesn’t matter if I use the app or go to the website. I can never schedule an appointment. Takes over 20 minutes to load services. I’ve always had this issue. I’ve tried refreshing everything and it’s always down and says try again later.

This app has a lot of issues and it’s frustrating to use.

You can’t see you appointment for make changes from the app. You have to call the location which is sometimes impossible when you’re busy or the location is busy. The app should give the customer more control over their appointment.
You can’t even see when your appointment is scheduled so if you forget you have to call which again is not user friendly for someone who works and can’t spend time on the phone want their coworkers to know you made a waxing appointment or need to make changes.
It’s a waste of space on my phone and I only keep it to make appointments knowing I’ll be stuck calling in case I need to make any adjustments.
