Best EV App!
Love this app! Very user friendly! Love that I can easily locate a CS when I’m out on the road.
Not able to buy a plan
When we try to buy a plan, it shows the payment system is using testing key which is not able to accept the payment
Limited chargers & company wouldn't refund
Pros: the price is reasonable for a weekly or monthly UNLIMITED charge
Cons (there's so many):
1. limited charge stations in Sacramento area and non existent in the Bay Area making charging inconvenient
2. EVCS wouldn't give me a refund for the week I didn't use it once. Granted, it was my fault that I didn't unsubscribe from the plan but they wouldn't give me a refund after I tried to unsubscribe for the week I was charged and didn't use it once.

Waste of time every time
This is the worse app and waste of time . Their stations never work and are not reliable and their customer service doesn’t seem to find the solution for the connection error which only happens at their stations just use electricy America . Don’t waste your money or time
Scam of an app
From the broken chargers to the $200 subscription that the app doesn’t recognize. The website that doesn’t let me login but loads up every marketing page on the site… it’s a scam don’t waste your money. Oh yeah call support never answered after being on hold 4ever
Terrible!!
Stations always down, app never works! Customer service is always busy! Always 20min or more just to get my car to start charging. If you ask for credit for all the pain they don’t want to give it to you. They say there are working stations elsewhere even if their far from you and you can’t make it because your out of charge! Just terrible!!

Out Of Service
Fast charging stations have been out of service for months. Customer service is aware but nothing is done.
the worst charging network
there are constant “connection” issues with chargers, and the worst part is you can’t pay with a card at the reader, meaning you’re stuck with this app and a dead car on the oregon coast.
Broke a working charger
You guys made a charger that was free something you had to pay for, but not only that but none of the chargers worked? I messed with the level 2 and chademo chargers in burlington and it just didnt work. At all
Stations status not up to date
Planned a drive with a rented Polestar EV from Hertz. Came to this station to find it non responsive. Called the support number, they were aware but could only direct me to another station which was an extra hour of driving. Not impressed. Broken station still shows up in the app now as available.
Their Monthly fee doesn’t reflect product value
They have way too far to go with their charger coverage in my area to justify the monthly price. The initial charge experience was a really big delay. So far their business practices feel like entrapment.

Chargers don’t work
We tried many of their chargers and none worked on our Tesla. We charge fine with most other charging networks like EVGo and ChargePoint. Their customer service line is not working either - we waited for a long time on the phone and nobody picked up. I would not recommend wasting your time trying this network out. Use one of the more reliable ones instead.

Beware
Major problems with this app and the charging services promised. Often the app directs you to chargers that are broken, inaccessible, gated, or have had the charging connectors changed. I drove to 4 different EVCS location in a row and all of them had issues listed above. I was now out of battery and stranded! I called customers service and asked for help, they offered nothing and did nothing - and seemed surprised and unaware of the issues. They never responding to written messages and multiple phone calls. Do yourself a favor and use PlugShare first! Electrify America and EVgo have better services. Unlimited charging isn’t a great deal if you can’t actually use it.

App is good, but chargers are awful.
If you live in LA, their chargers are a complete waste of time and money. So called fast charging only at 13KW often, and that’s if their stations actually work.
This app saves my hundreds of dollars a month!

No pay as you go?
What a dumb idea! I expect to use EVCS stations maybe 4 times a year. No way do I need a $50/month subscription, but that seems to be the only option. The website says it costs $50 to $60 to fully charge an EV on a pay-as-you go basis, which also is absurd compared to Electrify America, for example. Don’t bother signing up unless you do all your driving on the freeway and you have no station at home.

Service good, app needs more work
The map portion of the app is frustrating. We end up using safari or chrome to visit website to see the locations. We will look at the map in the app and it wont show all of the locations
Unable to “accept terms”
I installed this app on my iPhone, clicked “Open” got to the you must read the terms and conditions, then select the “Agree to Terms” check box.
The check box won’t turn on, and I cannot select “Agree with terms.”

Update! 3/22/2022 Mixed emotions = one happy emotion
Pro - the pay plan is amazing and the customer service is friendly. Update 3/22/2022 They listen and fixed the issues at the Palmdale park and ride charging station! Con - I was too impatient. Great customer service ladies got the job done. I recommend all should sign up for their $49.99 a month unlimited use subscription. EVCS hands down 100% better then all other charging services out there!!!!

Works better than most
Easy to use. Really like how the app reads the QR code on the charger and the activation is almost instant. The way things should work.
