Best EV App!
Love this app! Very user friendly! Love that I can easily locate a CS when I’m out on the road.
Not able to buy a plan
When we try to buy a plan, it shows the payment system is using testing key which is not able to accept the payment
Limited chargers & company wouldn't refund
Pros: the price is reasonable for a weekly or monthly UNLIMITED charge
Cons (there's so many):
1. limited charge stations in Sacramento area and non existent in the Bay Area making charging inconvenient
2. EVCS wouldn't give me a refund for the week I didn't use it once. Granted, it was my fault that I didn't unsubscribe from the plan but they wouldn't give me a refund after I tried to unsubscribe for the week I was charged and didn't use it once.

Waste of time every time
This is the worse app and waste of time . Their stations never work and are not reliable and their customer service doesn’t seem to find the solution for the connection error which only happens at their stations just use electricy America . Don’t waste your money or time
Scam of an app
From the broken chargers to the $200 subscription that the app doesn’t recognize. The website that doesn’t let me login but loads up every marketing page on the site… it’s a scam don’t waste your money. Oh yeah call support never answered after being on hold 4ever
