A Must have app! With 5 Star Customer Support!

This app is exactly what I’ve been hoping for. I can’t thank the developer enough for their incredible help and patience when I had an issue, I caused myself.

As for the App, Whenever I needed something, I knew I had one somewhere, but I could never find it. So, I’d end up buying another one, only to discover the original a day or two later. It was frustrating and wasteful.

Now, thanks to the EverSpruce App, I finally have one reliable, central place to track everything I own. I know exactly where to go when I need something.

This simple to use, but powerful tool has already saved me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary hassle. It’s one of those apps I wish I had years ago. The customer support is truly 5-star quality responsive, helpful, and patient.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get organized and stop wasting money on duplicates!

Best Home Inventory App

Helps with organization, moving and home insurance claims. Easy to use and saves me time. Highly recommend.

Nice … but missing batch edit mode is annoying

I‘ve been using the app for a while now and like it pretty much.
But there are some things that really need improvement. For example there’s no way to batch edit multiple items. If you want to add a couple of tags to several items, you have to click and edit each item individually. Add all the tags, then save and move on to the next item. Repeat the steps before, and so on…
The saving process is als pretty slow (5 to 20 secs. with perfect wifi connection), which makes this whole process even more inconvenient.
I‘d happily pay for an upgrade if this got implemented any time soon. Because the way it is it’s just too time consuming to tag all your items nicely…

So far so good

Can’t add more than 100 per item

Max number per item is 100. Emailed the developer more than 2 years ago. Still no update. Such a simple update. Makes me think this is an abandoned app. Searching for alternatives.

Wonderful for keeping track of items in your house, or stored somewhere else

We’ve used Everspruce to keep a detailed record of what we have in a storage unit and in our basement, what’s in each bin/box, as well as what we have in closets/dressers/etc. in a vacation home. It’s easy to keep updated, sort, categorize, and search!

Kristinator thanks so much for taking the time to share how Everspruce has improved your organization! Much appreciated!

Finally, I can actually find my stuff!

I’ve been using Everspruce for over a year, and I still love it. I first got it to organize my shed so I’d stop buying the same tool three times (turns out four drills are enough 😅). Within days I was using it everywhere — kitchen, media closet, linens, you name it. The interface is incredibly intuitive and the export feature is fantastic.

Setup was quick — I started with a box of chargers and had everything entered in a couple of hours. Since then, I’ve already used it multiple times to find exactly what I need. The best part? Standing in a store, pulling out my phone, and instantly knowing not only if I own a tool but exactly where it is.

I’ve tried five other apps and none came close. Everspruce gets it right, and their customer service is outstanding. If you’ve ever muttered, “I know I own this… but where?” — this app is for you.

Best app for Boat/Yacht Inventories!

Having tried all the boating apps out there and found them lacking, I came across Everspruce. A boat has dozens of places to store the 100’s (maybe thousands) of things you need to stow on board and which you often need to lay your hands on in a hurry but can never find when you need them! Everspruce solved this for me. With the ability to create hierarchical structures of spaces, rooms, cupboards, drawers, containers, totes etc and to record and photograph each space and item in the space, it just works brilliantly! I can now find whatever I need in an instant. Game changer. Highly recommended.

Amazing

I can’t believe how helpful this is —- and easy to use

I know what’s where. Phew.

After a big, complicated move, our stuff’s been in storage for over a year while we renovate the home we bought. Fortunately, I used Everspruce to pack and inventory the contents, so I know what’s where in our storage units. Big plus is the app’s personal and prompt customer service.

Can’t open

The app won’t open on my iPhone 16. Trying to find way to cancel the subscription!

Super easy to use

This app is intuitive and simple to use. They have so many tutorials on YouTube that are easy to access. I used it to catalog all the thread I have for embroidery sewing machine. I can use the search feature to find exactly the color I want in seconds. I highly recommend this.

Worst Customer Service and Lost Imformation

I had bins stored on Everspruce. Tried to use the QR Code on the bins several months later to find that ES said the code was not valid. I contacted Customer Service twice on the App - no response. I sent an email online - finally got a response and the representative told me I should check my spam - Which I had. And she said that they had not lost information in years. She asked me to send information about the lost bins - which I did. Have not heard from them again. Again - I reached out asking about the progress on finding my lost information. Still waiting. I started out loving this product - so sorry the customer service let me down. I’m moving on….

One suggestion

I love this app so very much!! But if you made a “locked” section under each item for private information so that I can use this app for my garage sale, but also PRIVATELY share what I paid for each item. Like a locked photos & description area.

Front area can show what customers at my garage sale see. Then a locked area pops up under that specific item and I put my PIN code in, to access the screenshots and description only I can see since I have my passcode. The customer sees the photos and info only I want them to see.

Add this and it’ll be golden!!

Love the app so far.

We go on long trips on our boat and fill it full of a multitude of different supplies, tools, parts, etc. I can never find what I’m looking for when I need it. I’ve been trying this new app for about a week, and it really has helped me organize and find things when I need them. I am going to continue to use it a while longer and seehow robust it is. So far it seems like a great product, especially since I can take pictures as part of the inventory process.

Expensive

App is nice but 48 Dollar is too much

A truly fantastic, intuitive, time efficient and effective way to manage your possessions.

My wife and I think the Everspruce App is fantastic. It does what it promises. It gives ample ways to sort and categorise meaningfully, and then with clever descriptions and keywords/tags (eg kitchen, laundry, memorabilia, current documents) provides you with the ability to search effectively for what would otherwise be buried, small or obscure possessions. The App gives you a strong sense of control over all your gear, even when it may be inaccessible or at a distance, and gives you confidence that if you do want to retrieve an obscure item from storage, that you can do so quickly and efficiently. Another benefit is that since you have a wonderful photographic and text based catalogue of your possessions, you can save so much time in simply numbering your boxes rather than bothering to write descriptions on multiple sides of each carton. It also means it’s less crucial to put like-things together as a memory aid, because when you do need that specific vase, platter or critical document, you can determine exactly which area and specific box it is contained in, and can access it directly and immediately! The last benefit I’ll comment on is that my wife and I were able to pack down a house of 15 years simultaneously, while working on different rooms. We could take quick reference photos of items and drop those items straight into boxes, without having to stop and provide written descriptions at all during the pack. Instead, we had the convenience of later coming back to label the items simply from the photos. We didn’t waste any time with labelling during the time critical pack down. It was really time efficient. We’re most grateful. David and Deb from Australia.

Dave we can't thank you enough for your detailed overview of how Everspruce helped you with your move. Coincidentally, we used Everspruce to move halfway around the world and we had similar thoughts. We think one of the most powerful benefits of Everspruce is exactly what you identified: "It's less crucial to put like-things together" because the app let's you instantly find specific items as needed. It also allows you to simply number boxes as you suggest as well. We're so happy you enjoyed the experience. Cheers!

Great for insurance inventory

At the advice of an insurance agent, I decided to compile an inventory of my belongings in case of a loss. I intended to use Encircle, but that app proved frustrating, since there's no way to upload a batch of info, and their website is geared toward commercial customers. I searched some more online and found a recommendation for Everspruce.

This turned out to be exactly what I need. While there's no way for me to directly upload a batch, the Everspruce blog provided a template and instructions, making it easy for me to organize my info. I then emailed it to them, and they were able to upload all my data within a week. Much faster than if it I'd tried entering everything one item at a time. Now all I have to do is attach pics of everything.

Why would I go to all this trouble? Well despite my somewhat frugal lifestyle, I've accumulated some good furniture, some nice work clothes, etc over the years. I have a replacement value renters policy, and it turns out that i didn't have enough coverage. If I have a total loss (like a fire guts this place), I would not have had enough money from insurance to replace everything. Since using Everspruce, I now know the true replacement value of my stuff, and I've increased my policy to cover everything. I pray I never need to cash in like that, but if, God forbid, it comes to that, Everspruce had all my info saved, and I'm fully covered by insurance.

This app is wonderful!

FREE TRIAL FRAUD ALERT

This is the most aggravating bait and switch tactic by marketers and app developers alike.

As of today 4.17.2023 the website and the App Store both have this company offering a two week trial and it would end with a charge of $44.99 (before taxes of $5 more) for an annual subscription.

Clicking on the link from the site takes you to this offer. Clicking on add subscription from the app gives you this same offer.

I accepted it and then instead of a free trial it immediately charged my bank account the total of $49.15 😡.

There’s a number to a Google voice subscriber that’s in WA that is not connected to anything any longer it says when calling. Emailed and a couple hours go by without even opening it on their end.

Called Apple and had to file a problem with Apple due to this charge being immediate vs the two weeks before having to make that commitment to a wholes year. And $50 almost for a year is a lot of money for any app.

It’s either shady, or unattended and not very organize for an app that literally boast of how it’s used to organize. Or worse that it’s just a bait and switch tactic.

Either way I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS UPFRONT CHARGE TODAY.

Almost

This is exactly what I’m looking for but like other reviewers have stated, my family needs to be able to access it, and this is something that should have a lifetime purchase option. This is not an app that provides content - should be a one time purchase. I would 100% be a paying customer if these were fixed.
