We love the Everyman but the app can be a bit annoying.
If I’m looking at up and coming films once I look at a film the app drops me back to this week rather than staying in coming soon.
Easy to use-one stop shop
The app is ridiculously easy to use. User friendly interface and you can order to your seat based on your ticket when in the cinema. Simple to add tickets to wallet if you want to so all in all, I recommend it to anyone who frequents EVERYMAN cinema
Poor website
Muddled and difficult to navigate. Too ‘busy’. Difficult to find live screenings. Previous website much more user friendly

The latest iteration of the app isn’t intuitive. It feels needlessly complicated and difficult to navigate.
Disappointed
Why can’t I book a CEA Card on the App? With other cinemas it is very simple.

Can’t complain I can always do what I need to though sometimes there’s issues I’d give 4 and a half if I could.
Usability
Pointless App - as a member having to log in every visit remembering passwords - being logged out - unable to order having to reload orders - missing out on the complimentary popcorn membership was supposed to pick - the difficulty in adding food it’s possibly one of the worst membership apps that complicates irritates and if it weren’t for the fact you are minutes from my home I would not come here - app rather than generating loyalty or increasing revenue does the opposite.

Super quick and easy app. Looking for titles and booking as well as ordering food.
I also appreciate the visibility of upcoming movies and dates to whatch the shows. I would recommend to improve the customer journey to access membership and amend details.

The app has gone through a lot of changes in my two years of holding a membership!
Most changes have been great, but recently, the ability to add a screening to your calendar (with the 25 minutes added on top to adjust for ads) has suddenly disappeared.
Please add this back!

The latest update seems to have removed the ability to add a diary entry for the bookings - one of the best functions of the previous version of the app before the update!
Poor experience. Consistently.
As a member of nearly 4 years, this app needs work. Booking premiers isn’t possible. Events in local cinemas should be highlighted given location preference. All as it stands feel very standard for a premium offer.
Easy to use app
Good if not brilliant app. Sometimes not as easy to see upcoming films to book in the future, compared with desktop version. But relatively straightforward.
Love the cinema, not the app.
I love the cinemas but not the app. I found it easy to find the films and times, but when I went into the members section it would not let me go back to the previous page. I was also frustrated because it is very hard to book for 3 people. You want us to book 4 tickets, while all the single seats have the twos next to them booked and are left empty so you cannot book for 3.
