Super glitchy, always lagging. Should be more straight forward to be able to cancel booked tickets and not take so long to update.

Such an awkward app to use - there are occasions I’ve just given up with it and gone to Odeon or whoever - maybe if they’d stop moaning about market conditions and actually bring us an app that makes films bookable it’ll be a start.
Works well, but could fix some minor bug bears
The app works nicely, but little things could make it a perfect experience. For example, after reviewing showtimes for a film thats in the Coming Soon section and going back to Showtimes, the list reverts to the This Week tab, rather than the coming soon tab.
Similarly, having to scroll through empty dates to get to a date with a showing could be improved - e.g ‘Skip to next available showing date’

Always has a fault
I have to delete and re-upload every time I use this App.
Single seats
Since the most recent update, I haven’t been able to book an individual seat on a sofa, a message appears telling me I must book the entire sofa. I only have the option of booking the small seats that are in the absolute worst position in the screen.
Great cinema exp
We love going to the Everyman; great service and experience. Really good atmosphere. Just wish it was called “Everyone” rather than Everyman.

The app has settled down
I was very critical of this app when it was first released, but to be fair, they have ironed out most of the issues and it is now pretty good.
The only thing I’d like is more of a geographic film based summary (esp for London)… eg “show me all the times for Disclosure Day across all the Everyman’s in London”. It’s really difficult to find this without a lot of manual searching per cinema.
