Useless for booking odd seats with odd numbers
I’ve been an Everyman member for several years and the app used to allow me to book 3 seats for our family. However it has recently changed and the app will only allow me to book 2 or 4 seats. The only way to remedy this is to either visit the cinema or call the Everyman helpline - both are time consuming and render the app surplus to requirement. A massive backwards step.

Much improved App
Great App with latest updates, best its ever been. It would be great if you could add your Membership card to Apple Wallet or Android Wallet in the next update?
I can’t understand the high ratings - laggiest app ever
This app is SO slow.
It struggles to toggle between the Home - Films - Showtimes etc menus across the bottom.
Often it doesn’t register taps for 2-3 seconds.
It’s often super slow to load my booked tickets too. YouTube client is broken within it so you can’t watch trailers…
It’s lucky the cinemas are so great as this app is NOT to standard. It’s only getting 2 stars because I can actually book tickets OK with it.

Crashes too often
I love Everyman, but the digital as opposed the real experience leaves a lot to be desired. Too clunky a website, too many crashes. Can do better.
Ok app
The app is, just ok. I rarely book tickets on it, prefer to do that online. The WiFi at my local Everyman is pretty poor so, you can’t use the app there anyway.
Complicated and Confusing
The app makes it extremely complicated to log in as a member and access your free ticket entitlement

Poor usability
Love Everyman and am a member. But app is poor- frequently doesn’t work and has to be deleted and reinstalled. You can’t cancel tickets as a member. Very buggy.
Slowest app in the world
It takes two seconds to load every tap, i’m sick of this appppp
Great food and customer service
Everyman is my favourite. They treat you like royalty and the food is high standard, oh, and you get comfy sofas to sit in as well
Needs an update asap
Super glitchy, always lagging. Should be more straight forward to be able to cancel booked tickets and not take so long to update.

Such an awkward app to use - there are occasions I’ve just given up with it and gone to Odeon or whoever - maybe if they’d stop moaning about market conditions and actually bring us an app that makes films bookable it’ll be a start.
