Payment
No complaints about looking for films or searching for seats etc. The only thing I don’t like is a site or an app holding your card details. I like those sites that give you an option to save them or move to the next step without saving them. Whilst the main site has that option your app has not. The last two times I have gone to book tickets in the app and on the last stage of payment after putting all the card details in the only option is save card details, so I have had to come all the way out and sign into the main website and do it all again therefore the app is of no use to me unless you can put that option in there which would be great

The bare minimum
Where did my points go? I spent 7000 points on a ticket, and never received my ticket!!! The reward system is so convoluted, and apparently the app doesn’t recognise the rewards as much as it is supposed to. Bare minimum, the odeon mantra
Logged out
App continually logs me out and then says there’s an issue with my login. I have changed my password and sometimes the email to change it never comes in. I have updated the app, deleted and re-downloaded and this still happens. I can login on the webpage but what’s the point in the app if it can’t be used

Ability to buy tickets for carers removed - why?
Why did you remove the ability to purchase tickets for carers of those with disabilities via the iOS app? This seems to be incredibly regressive and not exactly inclusive. Can I ask what the rational was behind this regressive step? It happened in a very recent update.
Tip to improve
The app design is clean and easy to use but one thing to improve is showing the screen number. I have to keep checking on website to see what screen the movie is being played on. Would be helpful to know what screen the movie is on when scrolling.
