I keep having issues connecting to the app even though there’s no problem on the web 😅 what’s the point of having the app if I can’t even login properly?
50/50 whether app works
I pay for a subscription but this dam app keeps logging me out for days at a time and doesn’t let me log back in.
Delete the App and you’ll never get it back
My app wasn’t working after watching my 11th movie since I got my account & membership this year and I tried dozens of times to change the password because it wasn’t recognizing my password I’ve also had.
So I thought I’d delete it and download it again.
There was no option to download it now only open the app which doesn’t exist on my iPhone!
Plus when I used my password it came up with the same error notice I’ve gotten every time I’ve tried to change my password just to try and access the app.
I can only access the app through the App Store and it won’t recognize my password then it disappears.
I can only access my Odeon account & membership on the Internet whether it be on my computer or my phone where it works just fine.
It’s really frustrating because of these “bugs” Odeon says it has “fixed” I can’t use the app which made using my Limitless Plus membership so much easier.
I’ve tried to get help but going through the help section on the Odeon site is a waste of time because it can’t help you with the specific problem you have.
I spoke to my local Odeon manager who was helpful because for 5 days after I deleted my app for not working i couldn’t view any of my purchased tickets or bookings anymore on my online account.
I got so mad i cancelled my Limitless Plus membership but now after 5 days.
I can view my tickets so I want to keep my limitless Plus membership but I can’t because all I’m told know when I try to keep it and not be put on a cheaper membership is a message saying you Limitless Plus will run out on the 9th then I’m put on the free one.
I’ve tried to stop the cancellation of my Limitless Account but it won’t let me.
If i could just speak to a human being like the nice manager at the Odeon who told me as long as i had the membership i could have my tickets printed at the Odeon but i want to keep my original Limitless Plus membership.
It’s so frustrating that you can’t speak to someone on the phone at Odeon who has access to my account who can help.
Shame not matter how much I pay or how much I go to the Odeon i can’t download the anymore just briefly open a page that won’t accept my password and I can no longer use the benefits of the app I use to really enjoy.

Can no longer log into app
Since the new update 5.14.300, I can no longer log into the app. Website logs me in (when it works) but not the app. The website is terrible to book a movie too. Fix this issue!

Good app but could have a better UX
Generally a good app with the expected booking flow. But why when I am looking at my chosen cinema and browsing what I can watch... Do I then have to exit and go to a different section of the app to watch a trailer to know if it's something I will like or learn more about it. Why are they not linked?
Why make me look in a place that shows every film which may or may not be available near me? Feels like the app is developed by separate teams. Generally good though

Great
The one year pass is great. However my issue is cancelling sometimes I can’t cancel due to it being a couple hours before showing. Then I get a strike on my account. 😕

Good app but some limitations
It would be good if the app linked to trailers for the films. Bookings are generally easy to make but if there is any complication it then locks you out of being able to use Limitless membership and getting this resolved with Odeon is never easy.
Recent app update
Just updated this app and it no longer displays the screen number the film is being showing on!!

Great, but please make it adaptable for iPad!
It is a great app, but when I open it on my iPad, it comes up like a phone screen! I would love it if you adapted it to fill any screen size, because trying to work with a tiny screen on a large iPad is almost impossible! Great app, but please adapt!
Misleading Subscription
The ‘unlimited movies’ basic tier requires you to still pay for your seats at ‘luxe’ cinemas (whatever that means)… but most Oden cinemas in London are ‘luxe’… so you pay the subscription fee each month and then have to pay for a seat anytime you book something.
I’m sure it’s in the fine print, but it feels intentionally misleading and like not great value.

Inaccessible
Used to be an excellent app, but for weeks now I’ve been unable to log in due to technical issues on the app. Really frustrating and clearly a wider problem. Please fix it soon!

This app buggy and the navigation is not intuitive; the fact it’s the only way manage bookings erks me. Odeon is chill tho, just this app is poo poo bananas
Hates disabled people
This app is atrocious. It still does not store or save your cea card. You still cannot book cea seats or add your card to it to check out. Forcing you to use the website. Disgusting.

Been trying to sign up for ages to no avail. Keeps telling me there’s a problem!!!!!!!
