No complaints about looking for films or searching for seats etc. The only thing I don’t like is a site or an app holding your card details. I like those sites that give you an option to save them or move to the next step without saving them. Whilst the main site has that option your app has not. The last two times I have gone to book tickets in the app and on the last stage of payment after putting all the card details in the only option is save card details, so I have had to come all the way out and sign into the main website and do it all again therefore the app is of no use to me unless you can put that option in there which would be great

The bare minimum
Where did my points go? I spent 7000 points on a ticket, and never received my ticket!!! The reward system is so convoluted, and apparently the app doesn’t recognise the rewards as much as it is supposed to. Bare minimum, the odeon mantra
Logged out
App continually logs me out and then says there’s an issue with my login. I have changed my password and sometimes the email to change it never comes in. I have updated the app, deleted and re-downloaded and this still happens. I can login on the webpage but what’s the point in the app if it can’t be used

Ability to buy tickets for carers removed - why?
Why did you remove the ability to purchase tickets for carers of those with disabilities via the iOS app? This seems to be incredibly regressive and not exactly inclusive. Can I ask what the rational was behind this regressive step? It happened in a very recent update.
Tip to improve
The app design is clean and easy to use but one thing to improve is showing the screen number. I have to keep checking on website to see what screen the movie is being played on. Would be helpful to know what screen the movie is on when scrolling.
Scrolling hell
If you’re looking at different time slots for a specific movie there’s a lot of scrolling back down to the movie of your choice to see availability for each time slot. To add to the fun of scrolling there’s constant pop ups to get in the way of attempting to book.
Once you’ve selected your tickets it’s easy to go through with you booking.

Frustrating app
Tapped to Book a movie for Friday.
When I checked out it was suddenly for Thursday and there’s no way to instantly cancel it or amend it. I have to wait for hours to refund it and on top of that there’s a 2£ non refundable booking fee as if it costs them anything to amend online bookings anyway.
No way to contact support or anything.
Will be refunding anyway as it’s only 2£ but if it’s gonna cost me 2£ then it’s gonna cost odeon a bad review.

Hates disabled people
Why do you hate disabled users? Can’t save your cea card number. Regularly like today refuses the cea number so you can’t visit films unless you call or visit in person. Why do you hate us so much?
RIP off
Sick of being ripped off by odeon Trafford centre , why do I have to pay extra for a film even though I pay for a monthly subscription? If I use any other odeon cinema I don’t have to pay even for the lux seats

I am not able to input the info for CEA card because the option to do so is currently gone
Need to allow guest use
Frustratingly, the app frequently logs you out, without the ability to even check local movie times without logging in. There needs to be the option to at least browse local film times instead of always having to go to the website. Contrast with how Cineworld do their app which is infinitely more user friendly.

Login bug hasn’t been fixed
App continuously experiences bugs whereby it won’t allow you to login, needs fixing and has not been addressed. Unsure how this app has such a high rating
Good not perfect.
It’s really easy to use in my opinion but The Brighton Cinema at least is very slow with updating their screen times. For instance The new Toy Story came out today and I can’t see it listed Friday next week.
