Failed to process my refund
Have used this app for a long time but I recently had to cancel some tickets so I filled out the refund form, but it’s been a week and I still haven’t been refunded. Don’t trust this app with your tickets.
Unable to use Vitality vouchers on phone or tablet
Poor show on tech glitches - earn these rewards and disappointing unable to use these codes.

Im on my third email at this point because of how they keep banning my account im praying a ticket i already bought isn’t cancelled but also it says im blocked and all im trying to do is buy a popcorn bucket

took me eternity to book one ticket
Rubbish
App is rubbish, laggy and buggy and constantly logs you out. When you try to log back in it doesn’t let you. It means deleting the app and re installing. I’ve just spent 40 mins trying to book a movie

I’ve been using this app for about a month now. At first, it worked perfectly fine, but the more I’ve used it, the more issues I’ve experienced, and it’s become incredibly frustrating.
The biggest problem is that my upcoming bookings have disappeared from the app more than once. I don’t mean just one booking, I mean every single one. This meant I couldn’t access options like changing my seat because, according to the app, I had no upcoming bookings. Thankfully, I’d already saved my tickets to my phone’s wallet, so I was still able to travel. I’d strongly recommend everyone does the same, just in case this happens to them.
Another major issue is that, especially later in the day, the app often won’t load at all. At first, I thought it was my internet connection, but after checking Twitter/X, I realised plenty of other people were experiencing the exact same problem, so it’s clearly not an isolated issue.
When the app actually works, it’s simple, easy to use, and straightforward. Unfortunately, its reliability lets it down, and for an app that people rely on to access their tickets and bookings, that’s a serious problem.

Super slow
This app is super slow.. even the website. I’m trying to give them my money but I have to wait so long….

As a limitless user and frequent cinema attendee, I need to be able to pick a film, seat and pay as quickly as possible and this app delivers on all counts

Sign in issues
Can’t sign in even after resetting pw. Can sign in on browser but not on app.
Limited functionality for Limitless customers
We enjoy going to the cinema and so my husband and I bought Limitless subscription this year. Unfortunately the process for booking tickets together is poor. There is no way to be able to book both tickets in one app. Instead we have to book on different phones making the whole thing very clunky. I would have expected this to be a priority for Odeon.

It works but….
The app worked but it was painfully slow. Kept disconnecting. Completed purchase after about 15 minutes of trying. Got tickets ok. It was more frustrating than it needed to be. Hope I enjoy the movie.
Crashing all the time
The app keeps crashing sometimes doesn’t let me in sometimes it lets me in but doesn’t let me buy food
