Good app but some limitations
It would be good if the app linked to trailers for the films. Bookings are generally easy to make but if there is any complication it then locks you out of being able to use Limitless membership and getting this resolved with Odeon is never easy.
Recent app update
Just updated this app and it no longer displays the screen number the film is being showing on!!

Great, but please make it adaptable for iPad!
It is a great app, but when I open it on my iPad, it comes up like a phone screen! I would love it if you adapted it to fill any screen size, because trying to work with a tiny screen on a large iPad is almost impossible! Great app, but please adapt!
Misleading Subscription
The ‘unlimited movies’ basic tier requires you to still pay for your seats at ‘luxe’ cinemas (whatever that means)… but most Oden cinemas in London are ‘luxe’… so you pay the subscription fee each month and then have to pay for a seat anytime you book something.
I’m sure it’s in the fine print, but it feels intentionally misleading and like not great value.

Inaccessible
Used to be an excellent app, but for weeks now I’ve been unable to log in due to technical issues on the app. Really frustrating and clearly a wider problem. Please fix it soon!

This app buggy and the navigation is not intuitive; the fact it’s the only way manage bookings erks me. Odeon is chill tho, just this app is poo poo bananas
Hates disabled people
This app is atrocious. It still does not store or save your cea card. You still cannot book cea seats or add your card to it to check out. Forcing you to use the website. Disgusting.
Odeon sign up
Been trying to sign up for ages to no avail. Keeps telling me there’s a problem!!!!!!!
Can be improved
App still needs use of CEA card fixed. Would also benefit from knowing screen number and showing stairs on floor plan when booking to see whether the seat is an aisle seat or actually against a wall.

Disappointed that thr Cinema has lost its respect and lustre. The auditorium requires silence. No tampering with your mobile phone., no torchlight beaming out of your phone blinding patient movie goers, lets stop patrons from bringing their groceries into the auditorium and most importantly stop cheeky patrons from jumping substandard seats and without paying for the Unlimited Premier plus membership they deme it acceptable to bring their entire group into the exclusive leather seating extra leg room and tables zone bring with them their bad habits which include talking and rustling large packets of crisps and opening can after can of pop — all of the above disturb the elite Premier plus patrons who are persistently ignored. Odeon must conduct checks in cinema that people are sat in their prescribed seating and not being a nuisance
I would urge Odeon Cinema to attend to the above formentioned points to improve continued visits for premium plus unlimited members at Milton Keynes stadium - ps staff are excellent!

They don’t let you cancel a ticket easily!
You can do everything easily in the app. Order food, buy a ticket etc. the moment you need to request a refund, the app breaks. No customer support. Ai bot puts you in a loop. Hard to believe this isn’t done by design!

Impossible to get support
No phone line by which you can get a real person; just a flaky AI chat that pretends to hand you over to an operator and then hangs. No route at all to get customer support through the app.
Horrible laggy app
I am a mylimitless plus subscriber and this app is so glitchy I am leaving odeon cinemas completely. When I book a ticket and try and pay I get an error message telling me to book later and that my request cannot be processed right now. So I leave it and come back later however when I try to book it says ‘limitless plus can’t be used twice for the same booking. THE ORIGINAL BOOKING HASNT GONE THROUGH SO I HAVE NO BOOKING AT ALL!!!! And ghen the only way to resolve this is by going to the cinema in person - this is completely useless when you want to see a film that is popular and will probably have a full screen. Odeon need to fix this glitch ASAP. This has happened to me around 10 times. Its especially worse when you try to book tickets for others aswell.

Failed to process my refund
Have used this app for a long time but I recently had to cancel some tickets so I filled out the refund form, but it’s been a week and I still haven’t been refunded. Don’t trust this app with your tickets.
