the app is ok, the problem is customer service and actually being able to use your blocked money! I have been trying to use mu blocked
money for 10 months but the customer service keep emailing me un useful articles and do not solve my issue to be able to get money out! and it is still an ongoing problem. if you can use another platform do NoT use this

This "service" is terrible. Submit bank statements instead. The bank account is a joke, won't let you see more than a few transactions. Statements only show your monthly blocked account transfer. Fee is ridiculous. No human help. When I arrived in Germany, took a week to activate. I had to open a different bank account to get money. Do yourself a favor and avoid!
