Book and rebook changing messed up searches odd peculiar things happen after you pay for a ticket over and over trying To cancel can’t get anybody to help. This is a terrible terrible company.

Not a lot of member discounts. You think after being a member for 6+ years, they would do some better discounts or offer military disc.

Have Used Expedia multiple times and never had a hiccup. Even got the car insurance w a rental car and a rock cracked Windshield. Was no prob.
Overall good
We were pleased with the place overall however the laundry area was down for the whole week which made for ALOT of laundry upon return. We chose this resort due to the option to do laundry if we had time. Not a deal breaker but disappointing.
Horrible customer service
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! We have been trying to make a change to an international flight and have been on the phone for over two hours and were ultimately disconnected after waiting for the agent to check the cost differential. We will NEVER book with Expedia again and will make sure we let everyone in our extensive circle of friends, family and business associates.

Not a good stay
Continental breakfast was not good. Had better at cheaper stays. Hotel amenities ( miniature golf) in a bad state of repairs. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Worst customer service
Over the last 2 days, I’ve spent over 3 hours chatting with them via the app and attempting to reach them by phone. Received incorrect information multiple times, miscalculated prices, way more time spent on hold than promised and overall, no solution. Next time, I’ll just book directly through the airline carriers. However, they currently have my flight credits help hostage and I can’t access them through the flight carriers, so I’m out of luck until then.
