Good but some Issues
Please can you fix the issue where the app crashes when trying to add receipts from photos
App only ever crashes.
Never successfully loads, even after updating.

Don’t open just continuously crashing had to use web browser to be able to submit expenses which is very frustrating

After the update the app is constantly crashing. Its is impossible to login miles or use the app at all.
Terrible for mileage
We switched from another expenses system to this, I guess they offered something better for managers approving claims, but for those of us actually submitting them, it’s a nightmare. Mileage entries take forever, dates keep reverting back to the same day, and I’ve even had a full month of mileage disappear. It’s clunky, slow, and the complete opposite of “Expense management made easy.”

Since the update this app has been painfully slow to use. Please fix asap

Dog slow.....
yeah, it was always a bit clunky, but since the update it is unbelievably slow, the web app is absolutely shocking but the mobile app was better to use now, it's virtually unusable. Finding yourself hitting the screen several times as it's so unresponsive., such poor development, horrible app can't wait to get off of it... the app also freezes when you're trying to login so you have to restart it a couple of times

Would help if you could sort this issue out….have to either keep uninstalling app or rebooting phone as app randomly stops opening which is not great when having to add mileage every day

Superb app that works brilliantly with the back office system. Saves us so much time and effort. The team at Expensein have been superb from the start. Great presentations and very responsive to our requirements. Highly recommended.
App freezing
As per another review ExpenseIn has started to freeze on opening so I have to re boot my iPad to use ExpenseIn.
Great app but Mileage is out
Fantastic app and makes expensing a lot easier however every mileage trip is out sometimes as much as a few miles. Some postcodes aren’t recognised resulting in policy issues. Not great when you’re working with HMRC rates per mile for fuel.

Our company use ExpenseIn and this is so much quicker than our previous process.
Shocking update
Since the update it’s now slow and lagging.
You have to close the app down every time you want to add a new expense.
