Hard to make it any clunkier
Lacks flexibility. Can’t review uploads. Doesn’t’learn from regular transactions. Has to use desktop for processing and that’s even slower and less flexible.
GPS tracking not that accurate
Tracking a business journey using gps isn’t very accurate. For most journeys it appears to log the start and end location, and then it uses some routing algorithm (Bing?) to calculate a distance - often by the most direct route. I would have expected it would be using gps throughout the journey to accurately record the route.

The worst app
The worst app I have ever used, it makes me sad everytime I use it. And feels like it was made in the 90s and never updated.
Unreliable
Slow, too many clicks and since updates 40% uploads fail.
Was this app made in the 90s?
Ridiculous that this is a functioning app. Looks like and works like it was made at the birth of the internet. No UXD whatsoever
Can’t see to take a photo
Problem with the app currently. When you take a quick snap of a receipt, the screen doesn’t display the viewfinder for the camera, so you have to take the photo blind and hope the camera is pointing in the right direction. It usually isn’t!!
Camera not working
Normally works well, but today when I want to “quick snap “ a receipt, I can’t see the image before taking the picture, so having to take multiple shots until I get it right. Quiet frustrating

Takes unusable photographs
I have to use this app to submit expenses. The photos captured are terrible, I can’t choose whether to use the flash or not. If I take a photo far enough away to capture the whole receipt it takes a blurry picture.

Fantastic solution for recording and managing expenses
Recording and managing expenses has always been a bit of a task. But with this app it completely simplifies the process of capturing receipt/expense data. Making it quick, accurate and no longer a dreaded task. I particularly like the business journey function. Which records your distance travelled and reason seamlessly. Highly recommended.

New app works great!
Super easy, OCR is very accurate too, I like that it does it all on the mobile, no need to wait around for images to be sent away and checked. Highly recommend!
Doesn't work
Problems with GUI; cannot select categories or other items using drop-down menus.

Problems with iOS9 on iphone5
Needs tweaking to fit screen when uploading photo. Crashes after upload and has to be closed and restarted.
No longer fit for purpose
There are now GUI issues with this app. Since iOS 9 or 9.1 on iphone6 when i take a photo from the app it's difficult to then continue as the button is almost off the bottom of the screen and unable to scroll to. When you do get lucky and manage to click it, you then get a white page from which the only option to continue and upload further images is to quit the app and reload each time. Very frustrating. Please fix this!
