App crashes
I love the people and have been with them since prior to their acquisition Cantrell drug and compounding. The app worked for awhile, but has been crashing and not letting me refill medications. Again I’m grateful for the people, but if you like working thru apps this isn’t the place.
Needs work
The app used to be great but now I can’t get past home page. It always says error. I wish they would fix whatever bug they have.
Error loading prescriptions
I’ve loved using the app but recently the app seems to error out and won’t load the prescriptions. Very frustrating as I like to view the list of meds to refill
App is glitched
It was a good App, but now won’t load, please fix!!!!
Needs status of current refill requests
App is good for ordering refills from your history, but once you place the request, it goes into the abyss. Placed my request for Freestyle Libre 3 sensors two days ago. They often have trouble getting them, which I understand, but I have to either assume this or call them on the phone to know for sure.

Horrible app — can’t get close to my location with zip code or location service
App can only find locations in Al and TN. I live in AZ and the zip code function does not work. Wasted 10 minutes before deleting the app.
Store is great, app, NOT so much
The ppl in my town store are ALWAYS WONDERFUL!
They know who I am when I pull up to the window, that’s rare for these days!
But this review is NOT how much we love our stores, it’s about the app!
We NEED to be able to EDIT these medications so there are no duplicates in our list!!!
