I had a cart full for days trying to check out with my express cc I lost half the items got no good help called 3 different numbers was told to uninstall the app & reinstall I knew id lose my credit card information I did horrible customer service now I’m trying to find out where to fill out application for a new card I can’t

Terrible customer service and quality control.
Chat in app has intermittent issues.
Received incorrect items when ordering. Had items cancelled because they became out of stock.
Sizes and availability change OFTEN.
Return policy is terrible.
Customer service is not helpful.
