The APP works
While in London I received an alert that I had a leak at my home in Florida. It showed when the leak started and how much water was leaking per hour. Panic set in. Called my neighbor who found an outside spigot was the culprit. He turned it off. Then got a notification that the leak had stopped. My neighbor immediately installed the APP. Your APP worked magnificently and I highly recommend it to everyone who has access to it.

Review
I enjoy the app; I wish billing and payment info was included
CD any trust it.
I shot the main waterline all evening and app reported I still have leak of 6gal per hour. It’s also not a steady leak. It changes all the time from 1 to 6 gal or I’ll just stop and gives a new leak detected.
My Bill
Wish I could see my bill on this site.
Water app
Makes you realize just how much water we waste on our lawns. Our use triples on lawn watering days.
Leak Detection and water management
This is an amazing app, the leak detection feature has helped identify the leak, not where but I know where to check. Saves money for sure.
Worst Water Reporting Ever!
There are supposed to be 3-4 daily reports on water consumption throughout the day. This has not been happening for over a year at least. Now, the reporting hasn’t been happening for days.
Owner
Wish it had an hourly program.
How do I validate?
There are days that it says I use a certain amount of water that I know barely use any because I am out all day.
I don’t have any leaks. Is there’s minimum that u fill usage. For example, if we go on vacation and there’s nobody in the house, we can confirm nobody was using the hoses outside… why do I still show water usage?

Leak detection and notification
Email notification of leak allowed me to find and stop leak saving water and money.
If you have a pool that has an automatic refill feature it will show it as a leak
This app drove me crazy the first time I looked on how things we’re working. I thought I had a leak when it was actually my pool’s auto water fill feature, we live in one of the hottest rural towns in the nation and the pool water evaporates hourly plus swimming with my Labradors the pool needs filling more often this time of year. Our pool has the auto fill feature to keep it at the safest level so it won’t ruin the pool and the equipment. To be sure you really don’t have a leak turn off your auto pool fill and recheck the app.

Great alerts
Eye on Water alerted us when our contractor pierced our radiant floor heating system prior to our moving in, resulting in a steady slow leak into the foundation. Bad news but good to know. It has also been helpful to me planning the timer lengths on our drip irrigation system. I can see exactly how much our system puts out on a bimonthly deep soak drip for the trees, so that I can keep this within our water budget.

Bad Service
Company doesn’t respond to questions or complaints. For example, data are slow to load and sometimes it just times out and will not show usage. Just come back another day is there attitude, I suppose, since I can’t communicate with them.
Not convinced
Called cal water they weren’t very helpful! Just kept telling me that my consumption of water has gone up that much. Told me I must find the leak! It would have been helpful to have someone come out and check for a leak. Cuz if something is leaking I can’t find it.
Worthless
This app is terrible. It doesn’t tell you that you have a leak until 32 hours have gone by!
Supposed to monitor usage
Most recent events I can see are 60 plus days ago. I get a statement every 30 days, what good is this if all I can see is my history starting 2 billing cycles ago?
