This app has never showed me my usage. I recently received a $500 water bill that I may have been able to prevent if this app worked

This app says I have a leak but my plumber said I don’t. He said my water meter isn’t moving. Please fix your app.

Only received leak notification by SMS after 24 hours?
No pop up notification on app when the leak was 200L per hour, and only received a sms 24 hours later when more than 5000L of water was lost!
Confusing App
I like the idea of an app alerting me to possible issues but I don’t think they’ve got things quite right yet and getting help is nearly impossible. Example- if I run my sprinkler- it seems to compare to the prior week and indicate a leak but then if I don’t run it for a few days - that alert goes away so it doesn’t seem accurate.

Saves Water and Money!
Got hit with a huge water bill last December and was shocked. Turns out a toilet was leaking internally (directly into the overflow). Website allows you to drill down per hour to help troubleshoot! The Leak Alerts are awesome!!!
Lost connection
I’m having issues connecting to the hourly monitoring. It hasn’t been connected in 17 hours after many attempts to reboot and reinstall app.

I’m more aware now
I am a very modest consumer of water. Always trying to consider the environment and the local water shortage in our community. This has made me way more aware and eye opening to how many gallons my family consumes per day. Between watering the lawn and consumption within the home. I check my app multiple times a day. It’s kind of like a video game to see how efficient we can become. Love this technology

why was my bill prior to the new system so high?
ever since they installed the new system of how they read your usage my water usage has went down by a third or more whereas my bill could run as much as 180 a month averaging now about 113 to 130 a month so seems to me like for so long we were overcharged by usage It seems like we should get some type of a refund because there’s no way without leaks or anything like that that my water usage can go down by that much and we haven’t did anything different than when our bills were around 180 so what gives I personally like this app?

CD any trust it.
I shot the main waterline all evening and app reported I still have leak of 6gal per hour. It’s also not a steady leak. It changes all the time from 1 to 6 gal or just stop and give a new leak detected. Also, won’t clear cache even though it has that option. Tried deleting account numerous times. Says takes up 30 days but it’s been 2 months now. I don’t think anyone manages this app.

It is very beneficial.
Not accurate and Mustang is nothing but government micromanaging
Water usage reporting is extremely inaccurate and inconsistent with what we actually use.

Nice info but
You need to play around with it to get the hang of it. And certain functions are only adjustable on the browser website and not the App but it's not such an inconvenience. The leak detection is nice but I'd rather to be able to see the small red indicator at the meter to see with my own eyes. That's more foolproof but it's locked and the water company doesn't want homeowners to have unrestricted access.
