Pay toll easy
Very useful app, urs it you will be happy with it.l like it very much.
Fees
This app charges a processing fee per transaction. If you go directly to the state’s website you can avoid unnecessary charges.
Double charged
I do like I can now keep track of what I’m being charged for but Not sure what can be done for getting charged double, there is no way possible I’m going the same direction at the same exact time. And for people that go thru the tunnels ALOT, there needs to be a cap on how much one person can be charged per week. The tolls will go up every single year until the year 2070 with a greater of 3.5% increase.

Rip off
So the only thing this app is good for is to admin your account. They charge you to add funds when the VDOT website is free to add funds. It’s under the guise to maintain the app but just save your money and add funds in the website.
Beware
This is a 3rd party company and charge a fee for each time to add money to your account and their is no direct customer service for scam on my account
Basic App, Better Than VA Webpage
The app is clean and seems to work well against the Api. Not sure what’s in it for the developer so I’ll say thank you for providing this for free. Appreciate that.
I will note that the filtering doesn’t work against the toll tag when looking at the history.

This is not a Commonwealth of VA app!
I just received an email from the State of Virginia EZ-Pass representative that said they have no mobile app because their website is “phone-friendly”. I had to dump this app because of sign-on issues. They also charge $0.99 to pay your bill, and it is FREE on the REAL EZ-Pass Website! Sounds like a scam to me.

Transponder filter doesn’t work
Great app but…activity filter by transponder doesn’t work (selected transponders show zero activity when there was activity). Also, would be great if you could export the data and/or mark if toll was for a business purpose.
Works but needs notification
The app works fine but we really need a banner the pops down when we go through a toll. I am a contractor and that would be a huge help especially for budgeting and tax’s.
Doesn’t synch well
Changed pmt card on EZ Pass website months ago. Still shows old (now invalid) card in this app. Won’t update. This makes the app basically useless.
Not supported by VA ez pass
Couldn’t get the app to link to my account and called VA E-Z Pass — they said they do not have any apps and do not support this. I don’t know if it’s a scam or what’s going on then but caveat emptor.
Decent app, needs notifications
Good app in recent months. Now updates regularly just after a charge. However, I have multiple transponders for my cars, and wish there was a way to get a banner notification when the toll is charged. That would give you guys another star. Also, maybe a bit less functional and a little more fun in you design might help.

Updates balance almost 45 days after toll date
I’m getting toll date and balance updates in mid-July when I made the trip in early June. Developers aren’t getting ezPass information for almost 45 days? That seems sketchy.
Not associated with EZPass - charges fees
This is not an official app and not run by the department of transportation. The app charges a fee if you try to use the app to make a payment. Deceptive.
Finally
Only feature I’d request is a way to switch between accounts. Nothing wrong with the app’s functionality; very convenient!
