Poor services. Clueless support staff
I provided my clothes for laundry services at Chandanaik Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad store a week ago and have still not received delivery of my clothes. The promised delivery date was 4 days from submission. It’s been 8 days now. 4 days overdue and the support staff and the store manager are unable to provide any status update on the whereabouts of my clothes. Infact the store manager keeps forwarding contact numbers for me to call and obtain status on my own order. The email address listed for help doesn’t work. You can’t raise a complaint using the email address listed. Your email will simply bounce back. Absolutely useless support services, overall absolutely useless laundry services. If I were you, I would take my business elsewhere.

Poor Quality Service for Delicate Items
My chiffon saree has shrunk, which I noticed after returning home after 6 months. It was pressed incorrectly, and it seems the team doesn’t know how to handle delicate fabrics properly. The carpet cleaning was also not done well earlier, even after I informed you. For regular clothes your service is fine, but delicate items are not handled with proper care. This was very disappointing, especially because I planned to wear that saree for a special occasion.

No return for my carpet
They have take my clothes n didn’t return it back to me when i called to the help line they are like that the shop is closed some issues are going on if they have such an issue. They can just return my carpet back. I have paid a lot for that carpet and I have trust to them, you can’t trust like that waste waste app. Never going to use it. If this people are looking my review, please return my carpet back if it is not washed. How can you just keep someone stuff and make a promise that you will return it? Had a very bad experience with the app they are telling still, it will take 4 to 5 days already. They month if they don’t want to return it, they can be cleared with it.

Very bad services
The service was extremely disappointing. I had booked a dry-cleaning service for three jackets and one lehenga, but the pickup person arrived without a bag to carry the items and asked us to provide one instead. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. Fabrico, I sincerely request you to train your employees in basic customer service and etiquette. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend your services to anyone.

Terrible service
Earlier the service from JP nagar branch was good and off late it has become terrible
- Non responsive over phone
- home delivery post wash non existent even if you have chosen home delivery, the only way to get ur clothes back is to do another booking and request the rider to get the clothes else go in person to the store
- chemicals used are harsh and few of my daughter uniform had the colour come of the logo, I had to discard my new Levi’s black jeans cause the wash created patches of white
- delivery time of clothes which was 2-3 days in now 7 days
- I had gone to the store to pick my clothes and couldn’t get it as they didn’t have a carry bag have requested the store to deliver at home but Iam sure it will not get delivered and they will come back with labour problem
It is better to have it washed at home or a different vendor for the price u pay to get ur service it is not worth it

Frauds and defaulters
They doing fraud and cheating people.
In there app and their website price is mentioned as 160 per kg for wash and iron. When I booked they generated the bill and charged 170 per kg, I contacted them asked there response was like they don’t care this is what it is, they said they added fabric softener and added 10 per kg extra that’s why it’s 170 per kg.
Nowhere on there website it’s mentioned they will charge extra and softener is not included in the laundry, even local laundry uses softener without charging anything extra. The person who came for pickup also did not inform this and there response was too unprofessional it felt like they don’t care this is the charge and I need to pay. It felt like a fraud if you give 10 kg and they add 10 rupees per kb and force customer to pay then they are 100 rupees extra by cheating the customer. And also their service is slow. Pickup was done on Sunday 3 PM delivery was on Thursday 7 PM. It took 5 days.
Otherwise companies like Tumbledry take max 3 days and they are professional and actually care about customer and customer service.

Very bad experience
I had given a total of 7 T-shirts, some for dry cleaning and the rest for washing and ironing. Usually, Fabrico packs dry-cleaned clothes separately, but today all my T-shirts were delivered together, packed as if they were only washed and ironed.
When I asked your team which T-shirts had been dry cleaned, they were clueless and unable to identify them. This makes me believe that the dry cleaning was not done at all.
This reflects very poor administration and service. It feels like customers are being misled. Kindly look into this matter urgently and clarify.

Extremely Disappointed with Fabrico Laundry ⚠️
I had given my kurtas to Fabrico for washing and pressing, but what I received back was shocking. My brand-new kurtas were returned to me torn and completely damaged.
Instead of taking care of clothes, they have ruined them beyond use. To make it worse, they are now lying and saying that the kurtas were already torn, instead of accepting their mistake and taking responsibility.
This clearly shows their lack of professionalism, responsibility, and honesty.
If you value your clothes, please think twice before trusting Fabrico with them. A laundry service is supposed to return clothes in better condition, not destroy them!

Absolutely Unprofessional
The RBI Layout had promised home delivery on 2nd Sept24. We had sensitised the delivery timeline as the shoe given for dry clean was to be taken on a trip abroad. The centre however didnt deliver and didn’t even bother to update us on the delay. I had to personally to the center personally and pick it up. On enquiring about the delay , the centre manager didn’t respond not bother to apologise.i asked to a discount and he didn’t bother to even do that. This is the 2nd time am having a bad delivery experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will never given anymore business. Management should take care of this and revert to me on the action taken.

This has been by far the worst laundry experience of my life. It’s been 25 days since I gave my clothes to Fabrico, and I have still not received them back. Among them was my biker jacket, which is very expensive and extremely valuable to me, along with three other costly clothes.
The most frustrating part? They are NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE. Every time I call, all I get are excuses, delays, and empty promises. No one takes responsibility, no one bothers to give a proper update, and they behave as if losing customers’ clothes is normal for them.
I trusted them because they call themselves “Laundry Experts,” but in reality, they are the exact opposite. Unprofessional, careless, and unreliable. Instead of peace of mind, Fabrico has given me nothing but stress, frustration, and the fear of losing my expensive clothes forever.
To anyone even thinking of trying their service – PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Fabrico cannot be trusted with your clothes, your money, or your time. They will test your patience, waste your time, and put your belongings at risk.

Extremely Disappointed , Lost My Clothing and No Accountability
I trusted this laundry service with my clothes, but unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. They lost my clothe, and despite multiple follow-ups, I got no proper response or resolution. What’s worse is the lack of accountability, no apology, no compensation, just vague excuses.
It’s really disappointing when a basic expectation like keeping track of clothes isn’t met. I gave my clothes for cleaning, not to be misplaced. I won’t be using their services again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their belongings.

Initial days pickup and punctuality in home delivery were good, as their customer population increased, instead of improving service, they became so naive and indifferent unprofessional. After a month of my online booking, and after several calls no one responded.

Cheats
Unprofessional, customer support good for nothing. They sit with your laundry for weeks and no one has any update about it. The store manager keeps assuring that it’ll be delivered but that day doesn’t come. They test your patience. It’s been more than 2 weeks and till now they haven’t delivered my laundry. No one cares about it, support team is of no use at all. Being a loyal customer, I’m done using their services.

Delayed service
The team isn’t supportive at all. I requested for delivery at 11-12 on wednesday because I had flight at 4 (I gave it to them for dry clean on Sunday 11-12 so past 72 hours) and they guaranteed me delivery on time and I followed back on Monday and Tuesday they were confident but Wednesday morning they said pant is on Rewash. They didn’t deliver it till 2 and I had to travel to Dehi airport for flight at 4. Additional after 2 they stopped picking up my call. Extremely disappointing service. So that would be my first and last order

Worst laundry service ever
First of all they are unprofessional , doesn’t weight the clothes in front of the customers, give any random weights while billing. I don’t-even know if they have billed the right amount or increased the weight. They delivered my clothes 5 days late and doesn’t pickup the call. Moreover, the discounts term and condition is not clear. They tell some discount while pickup and add terms and conditions while delivery not giving the discount.
Never use Fabrico. Only use Fabrico if you want to be hassled.

Worst service and cheaters
Fabrico is a scam, these guys dont know how to take the orders and deliver it back to the client simply they will loot the money and give clothes without ironing. I had made a booking for wash and iron and they had taken charges accordingly and given without ironing and after the complaint they had taken back and on their own ironed some old clothes and kept my new clothes without ironing and given back . After the checking i am trying to call them bloddy no one is answering the calls. Outside normal washing people will do a good job . These guys are simply taking the money and making customers fools.

Very unprofessional
I booked a wash n iron and I got a message asking how many clothes are there. When I said it’s 7-8 then the person replies he can’t send or give service as we only take more than 3-4 kgs of clothes.
They had charged me more the previous time and said will adjust the next time, but now they have forgotten that as well.
This app should be banned as this is helping the laundry people to do fraud here.
