Very Disappointing experience
The app experience is extremely disappointing. The UI design is poorly executed and lacks professionalism; even a fresher could create a better interface. Overall, the usability and visual appeal need significant improvement. Definitely not a good user experience!
Delay, pick up
I had scheduled a pickup for my laundry at 10:50 AM, but no one came to collect my clothes. When I called, the representative assured me they would pick them up at 7 PM. I agreed to this, but once again, no one came to collect my clothes. This is the second time I’ve faced this issue, and I am extremely disappointed with your service. It is truly unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately

Worst Service for Dry Cleaning
Respective service is refused to do the dry cleaning service on time and asking for extra payment to give me on time as scheduled in the app.
Either in app it should show 3 days minimum required for dry cleaning service or respective service centre should not accept orders which they can’t deliver on time.
