Bad service
Pick up and delivery service is worst. They don’t come on scheduled time for pickup, we need to call them continuously still they give false pickup time and never come on time.
Same thing with delivery also, no update on items after the pickup and we need to keep following for delivery. It’s been 15 days now for my order and still I haven’t received my order.

Best laundry in India
Tried multiple apps but this came out excellent until now. I used multiple times and these people are maintaining consistency compared to others

They will charge you extra.
Very Disappointing experience
The app experience is extremely disappointing. The UI design is poorly executed and lacks professionalism; even a fresher could create a better interface. Overall, the usability and visual appeal need significant improvement. Definitely not a good user experience!
Delay, pick up
I had scheduled a pickup for my laundry at 10:50 AM, but no one came to collect my clothes. When I called, the representative assured me they would pick them up at 7 PM. I agreed to this, but once again, no one came to collect my clothes. This is the second time I’ve faced this issue, and I am extremely disappointed with your service. It is truly unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately
