Extremely Disappointed with the service
Extremely disappointed with the service. The App is not working fine,1st order where I made the payment they made it a COD order which I had to cancel. Later again when I placed the order it showed me that I have credits when I applied and booked. The amount didn’t reflect correctly. With lots of patience when I wrote to the support email I have got no response and after some time u get a mail that the order is shipped. I would like to provide a constructive feedback to the management that there is no active customer support contact no available, making it difficult to address issues promptly. The lack of accessibility can cause frustration for customers as it has in my case. I urge to address this matter promptly and resolve my issue immediately.

I placed an order but there is no update since so many days. The status is order placed only and they claim fast delivery. There is no customer care number to contact.
