Extremely Disappointed with the service
Extremely disappointed with the service. The App is not working fine,1st order where I made the payment they made it a COD order which I had to cancel. Later again when I placed the order it showed me that I have credits when I applied and booked. The amount didn’t reflect correctly. With lots of patience when I wrote to the support email I have got no response and after some time u get a mail that the order is shipped. I would like to provide a constructive feedback to the management that there is no active customer support contact no available, making it difficult to address issues promptly. The lack of accessibility can cause frustration for customers as it has in my case. I urge to address this matter promptly and resolve my issue immediately.

Third class app
My package is not delivered. Order 1 month back. Delivery partner is also not answering. When will I receive my order. Cheap company I have already paid for my order. If you can’t deliver product please don’t do business. No reply back for my mails, WhatsApp messages.
Worst experience
Its been 4 months i ordered which was prepaid still didn’t receive it. They don’t even respond on mail. If they cant deliver it at least they should refund

Poor Service
I got my order and 1 of the item was broker. Upon contacting, they asked to send them them the pictures.
The inbox is full and my mails are not getting through. This reflects so poorly considering the brand that you have.

Dont pay online
I ordered on 5th aug 2023 and paid 2300 online and they have been just invisible since then. And some tracking id is given with ship rocket and ship rocket has no phone numbers and the tracking ID is also showing scanning package every day. No email reply only we haven’t heard from u in long time robotic message. Fake website.

Worst customer service
These people doesn’t even know what order customer has placed. They deliver wrong product and same they mentioned in invoice and then ask customer to give screenshot. They do not even know whats there in their app and what glitches are there in their app. Seriously fools in customer support.
No Refund.
They first delivered the wrong lip-shades and then after returning the order I did not receive my refund . I have wrote them several times but it’s still not done .

Good products but slow working app
Though many good offers and gifts shared with the customers but app works very slowly and I struggled for plenty of times due to payment failures. Need more efficient app.

Poor delivery Management
I order 2 products on 5th march 23 and delivery came on 9th March 23. Though I requested to reschedule the delivery as I was not available at home and delivery boy showing tantrums to go by walk within 2 mins and delivered product. After rescheduling delivery on 11 March I saw new delivery date as 13th March same has been repeat on 13th March the date new date was updated as 15th March. Now it is happening everyday that new date got updated as 16th March and Today its showing 17th March. When I contact delivery person they are the company( Faces canada) are not allowing them to take product and do delivery. It has been week now I already done prepaid payament and still waiting product. Requesting everyone to do not buy product from such kind of poor services management company.
