Two issues.
(1) The “App Support” link does not lead to App Support - only to the base website.
(2) The app says it needs to be updated but the App Store only shows an “OPEN” feature not an “UPDATE” feature on the link button.

Appreciate the quick method for reporting issues when it works
I have used this app to report issues in our stake but also at any church facility I visit and notice an issue. Lately I can’t select issue type — it just errors out. Which means I can’t submit an issue.
Unable to submit
Thank you for creating this app, it can be really convenient but when submitting an issue It won’t allow me to select a facility by list or map, it just keeps reading error “failed to load data. Please try again later” and since that portion isn’t filled out, it won’t allow me to submit.
Bug makes it impossible to submit an issue
“Failed to Load Data” is the only message this app can give. Perhaps someone in management decided to block users from submitting tickets. If that is the case then I would prefer an actual message like “unauthorized” instead of an infuriating string of repeated failures that make troubleshooting impossible. This app is completely useless without the ability to submit a ticket.

Can’t get issue through
The app will not allow me to put in an “issue type” so I am unable to submit the facility issue. It would be nice to have this bug fixed.

This app has not worked for me at all. I cannot submit an issue because I don’t have all of the information typed in, but when I try to type in the information, the app does not allow me to type anything. It feels like no one wants to fix the buildings.
App can reset if you leave it and return to it
Works okay if you have all the information at hand. However, the app resets if you leave it to refer to information outside the app.
The scenario is that I enter a bunch of details but I need to check the email app for additional details like model number or whatever. When I return to the app, everything I typed is gone. I have to start over again. I’m an STS and I have had this happen a few times.
I like the fact that this app is available but it’s unreliable.

There does not seem to be a way fora user to edit or cancel an FIR. I believe that the creator of the FIR should be able to edit or cancel an FIR. It could save some emails or phone calls with the FM group.

Failure to Load Data Issue
I’ve used this app a ton in the past but now I cannot select our building and report an issue due to “Failure to Load Data” and as such I can no longer submit an issue that needs addressing. Can the development team please look into it and post an update or let us know where to reach out for support?

App will not take any meaningful information on location. Will no accept correct address or unit number. Salt Lake FM group could not help. Makes this app totally useless!!!
Overall Good but Issue Type occasionally won’t sync
Overall good, but when the issue type or other required information can not be selected, there is no way to save the report and then try again later.
Also - the email system notifies when the work order is created but fails to notify when the job is scheduled for repair or when the repair is claimed to be completed. Thus, local leaders can not inspect to verify the work is done or meet with service providers to make sure the issue is properly described to them and handled appropriately.
The a/c in the chapel of our building (Florida) has not worked consistently for months, and once again it is claimed in the app to be fixed but we arrive Sunday morning to a warm chapel 😟

Useless Because No Access
I have been Ward Building Cleaning Coordinator and Stake Technology Specialist, but have had no access to the FM Group to get things fixed. It is maddening — even more so because Church app developers do not respond to input, feedback, concerns, problems, and pleas for help. They do not care.

Every time I try logging in It says retry, please solve this issue!

Great platform to report any issue
There is room to improvement example : as adding a time frame when dispatch or assigned to a repair vendor. It helps leadership by making aware of what’s happening in the building and grounds.
Requires a description, doesn’t recognize one has been provided.

Back again with more complaints since feedback is only seen as that. I’m still giving zero stars and I continue to not be able to use this app at all. I can’t stand seeing all the ways the church exploits missionaries to get more members to pay tithing, to guilt members to pay a full tithe, and then they use that tithing money to get richer and richer WHILE NOT EVEN PROVIDING SATISFACTORY CONDITIONS FOR THOSE MEMBERS TO WORSHIP IN! Listening to these testimonies is ridiculous to say the least. They all, we all deserve better than this.

Our building is a storage facility for chairs and all the organizations needs (like youth camp gear, etc) with no hope of getting an outbuilding. No pavilion for outdoor activities. How are you going to get rich off the requirement for donations to get into heaven and then force those same people to bend over backwards to keep the church afloat. We are the boots on the ground, in the weeds, spreading the good word. We deserve better than this!

Everything fails to load, I cant even submit feedback for the app or building maintenance. This app has potential, but they clearly forgot about it.

Issues in submitting FIR, no support
Can’t input my name hence app refused to submit report. Deleted and reinstalled app - same issue. Tried to send a feedback, can’t submit “there’s an error, please try again later.” Tried “Contact us”, the link to support does not work. I’m frustrated but I’m more afraid that members are frustrated trying to reach us on facility issues. This app needs professional developers to troubleshoot problems.
