Be careful - scammers. Wasted a lot of my time and my credit points and did nothing but try to sell an additional service that had nothing to do with the mortgage.
Useless
Only shows previously sold homes. Checked all options and nothing helps. Realtor says never seen it like this before

App is not a calculator. It is a marketing site. I could not get to a calculator without selecting a loan officer. So I sent this email to try to unsubscribe:

Wow ... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Stay away from this company. It took me over a month trying to get quotes for two home purchases ... rates were way worse than competition and extremely slow to follow up. Shop with Zillow, Wells Fargo or any other well known bank and save yourself the frustration.
Amazing App
This app helps my customers complete their loan application quicker, allows me to notify / push on major milestones (Clear to Close!) and offers my clients amazing calculators.
Won’t let me upload docs
Walks through much of the process just fine, but chokes when trying to add supporting documents in the loan pre-qual phase.
