Won’t load properly
The app starts and says No Guest. It gives a retry button but nothing changes. There is no option to add a guest, login, provide a booking confirmation, etc. Things most hotel apps have. I need the app to track my booking and provide hotel details.
Nothing works
Quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever used, set up says my old email is inactive, try to set up new one and says that email is already used. Forgot password doesn’t work and the help website doesn’t open. If I could give zero stars I would.
