Après plus de 5 ans je me suis déconnectée et désinstallé l’appli par conseils d’un membre du staff par rapport au fait je je n’avais plus accès au étalage au complet de la catégories courses et depuis je n’arrive plus à me reconnecter
Dès que je met mon numéro ça bascule vers nom et adresse e mail et la bug sur bug sur bug ça propose d’appeler un numéro qui est impossible à appeler je voudrais bien que vous m’aidiez à illucider tout ça

Excellent app but needs improvement
I use this app all the time and it’s excellent but there are a few things that make the experience fall short.
1. Drivers always go to a different location than the one I am in. Please let us pick the location ourselves on the map with a pin, I don’t want to walk outside my neighborhood to collect my order.
2. Why is your grocery shopping only includes imported items?
Other than the above it’s a great app with many choices and reliable drivers and restaurants

Qualité de service au plus bas
Je suis extrêmement déçu par cette application. Les dernières commandes ont été un enchaînement de mauvaises surprises : plats manquants, livraisons incomplètes, sacs éventrés avec de la nourriture renversée à l’intérieur, sans parler du comportement inacceptable de certains livreurs (retards injustifiés, impolitesse flagrante, voire harcèlement téléphonique après un retour sur leur prestation).
À chaque réclamation, la réponse est standardisée, aucune prise en compte réelle des problèmes rencontrés, et les remboursements sont refusés sans justification claire.
Le service client est lent, inefficace et clairement dépassé. C’est inadmissible pour une plateforme de ce type.
Je déconseille fortement cette application !

أسوء تطبيق توصيل طلبات (لأكل وغيره) في الجزائر 🇩🇿🙅🏻♂️
في لعديد من لأحيان أحوال أن أطلب من هذا تطبيق وفي كل مرة أواجه مشكلة وهي:
.عدم قبول الطلبية
.إلغاء الطلبية بعد المرور الكثير من الوقت (مضيعة للوقت)
.إغلاق الهاتف من طرف رجل التوصيل (le livreur)
.تأخر في وصول الطلبية لساعات
🙋🏻♂️على العموم هذا تطبيق سيء فا من المستحسن تواصل مباشرة مع المطعم نفسه إذا كان يوفر خدمة التوصيل.

Le service client est défaillant et complètement à la ramasse.
Degradation du service !! Dommage
On vous appelle pour dire que leur partenaire est fermé ! On vous donne l’ordre de choisir un autre partenaire et on vous raccroche au nez !! Aucun respect 😓😞
Des voleurs
Commande à moitié livré le service client 0 aucune morale aucune compétence nul je déconseille fortement des voleurs au sens littéral du terme

There is no customer service. I have paid for an order and received a cheaper one. I contacted the Fast through different channels (email, messager, in-app chat. I haven’t heard anything. I will uninstall it and report it to the Customer Protection Association in Algeria.

The driver playing around
I was watching the drive playing around for 20 min and (i was doing that because I ordered at 2pm and it’s 3:35 and still didn’t get my food )
A lot of improvements to be made
Good initiative in Algeria, but there are a lot of improvements to be made. Please work on improving the app functionality, adding more restaurants and shops, bettering the tracking system, adding food pictures, replacements to be made in the app itself in case of a missing item instead of having the driver calling the customer, no need to call and confirm the order in my opinion unless it’s the first order of that account and it has no order history, and customer service is average and needs to be more up to service. I gave 4 starts since food delivery apps are not common in the country, otherwise I would’ve given less. I hope my comment serves as a good reference in bettering the app! And I hope to see your services more successful! Good luck!
