They all are doing illegal activities, yong is a manager of them. He is taking 20 % commission and provide pay in cash. Their another manager is scott, who is taking 28 % commission and provide pay in cash. Sometime they don’t provide salary of their employees. Because they can’t make complain, as they need a work. These all Chinese managers are looting people and taking just commissions. They won’t give money after work.

If I could rate lower than a one, I would. Five days ago, the app informed me it would be delivered. The person who had “picked up my parcel and was intending on delivering it” said he could not find the address, ONLY 20 minutes after saying he picked up my package. We live More than 40 minutes away from the warehouse that this parcel was imported to. Today, the app said that another person had picked it up. We were told this at 7:15am. It is now 1:02pm. Where is our package? Whoever came up with this dumbass Uber-eats business, really needs to rethink about what they have created, and why they have scored such low reviews. Every single one of your customers have said that these delivery people are rude and lazy; half of them not even attempting to deliver their package, which is terrible and unprofessional. If my parcel doesn’t arrive between today and tomorrow, or I will come and get it myself❤️

How to take a order
Hi, I had download the app and get through all the requirement and my application is now ready to use but I’m not able to take orders so can you please help me to taking an order because my app don’t show taking order related facility? Thank you.

There is no information on how to contact the support team to get the account activated. I have been waiting for 2 months
Scam
This app is a scam. I have tried to make an account on it and apply for police check through it, but they turned out to be scam. The intercheck Australia office closes long ago and they don't respond to calls and emails. The money i paid got wasted
Useless app and service
As far as Australia goes this service has the worst reviews and a zillion of dissatisfied customers. Useless app from a useless service provider.
Slow and dodgey
Firstly, I have nothing against the people that normally deliver my products. I always get my products from Fast Horse. My annoyance with this company is the lack of transparency with communication as I always seem to get a automated message whenever I try to contact their customer support service. God knows that number they provided on their website website even works.
I get very annoyed when ever my parcel has arrived earlier than the estimated arrival date, normally if it was with companies such as Australia Post or any other courier, they would always deliver before the estimated dates. Once the parcel has arrived, they will deliver it to my house the next day. However for Fast Horse, it seems that they would purposely wait until the estimated arrival time to deliver parcel, despite the fact that it has arrived 3 to 4 days ago. This courier decides to keep it for days on end which makes customers like me and also concerned that you just never know that the drivers might never deliver the product that we buy online.
I’ve heard a lot of horror stories from this courier so it makes me concerned that why would you guys purposely wait until the estimated delivery date to deliver product if it has arrived in the airport a couple of days early than the estimated delivery? Please do better because unfortunately a very popular online Chinese store always seems to use you guys as their cheapest alternative for free shipping.

I have started fast hours since last 15 day but i m not getting any single delivery it’s totally useless

My logistic providers changed from aus post to fast horse and my orders have been coming in very delayed and out of the time frame. I’ve contacted the app many times but nothing was done
