I LOVE THIS APP

Previously I had a fasting app that I had to pay for and it was ok, this app is as good as the other app and then some. Great features and the fact that it’s free is just amazing

Wonderful free app

A fasting app should not charge a $50 subscription. This app gets the job done and also has lots of integrations with Apple health to make it more amazing f

Yeah, totally agree with you! I built Fasting Center to be genuinely useful without putting the important features behind a subscription.

Wonderful!

If you are not a fasting newbie and want to keep track of stats, extended fasts, even bolster yourself with realistic encouragement and predictions… this is the app for you. I hope it stays free. Love this app. Been fasting almost a decade and this is the best resource I’ve found for someone like me, who lives this lifestyle to maintain optimal wellness. Thanks so much to this awesome & clever developer!
