Beautiful, helpful, and informative

I really enjoy this app. There are so many details and information backed up by science and research. I love how you can track your weight and measurements along with your fast. I also love how you can customize your fast and update it at anytime. This app is 10x better than other apps with paywalls. I’d love an Apple Health integration so weight and other things are automatically tracked.

Apple Health integration is a great suggestion, especially for automatically syncing weight and other data, and we are working on it. We’ll keep it in mind as we continue improving Intermittent! 🙏

More people should know about this app!

This app is really great. Straight to the point, no ads or subscription. I also love how if you forget to break a fast, after some time it resets and doesn’t just keep counting for days. Love the notifications too and how it keeps track of every stage of the fasting period.

Response from developer

Absolute goldmine

Im not the one to write a review for an app normally but Found this killer app in a random reddit search. Totally free and very minimalist UI yet very indetailed and user friendly

Only thing i suggest is to add sign up so i can use in multiple devices or just incase i broke my phone 🤓

I’ve hit my goal

I love this app. It’s like I’m addicted to making sure I fast within my fasting period and eating within my eating period.

Me and my spin class use this app. I have hit my goal weight and for the past 4 weeks I’ve been able to maintain

Response from developer

This made our day! ❤️ Congratulations on hitting your goal weight and keeping it off for 4 weeks! We’re so happy the app is helping you stay consistent, and it’s awesome that your spin class is using it too. Thanks for being with us! 🙌

I LOVE THIS APP

It tells you what your body is doing during your fast whatever point of your face that you’re in. It has a note section. You can document things that you experienced or what worked for you and what didn’t so you can keep that for future reference. It also makes graphs so you can see your history very easily. And it allows you to change the time in case you forget to activate which I do want a regular basis.
