It's pretty good; every food has calories, and by keeping track, you can find out which foods are higher in calories. In the future, I'll try to avoid those and also analyze the nutritional content to understand what I've eaten too much or too little of. Then, I can adjust my intake the next day, which allows for good control over my consumption. Additionally, the fasting meal plan is very useful. When you don't know what to eat every day, you can just follow the plan. It's very convenient and healthy~
