Hard to reach CS
Having an issue with selecting items from a retailer and can’t reach anyone for help. Pretty frustrating. Then when you do, they just close chat on you with no resolution. Terrible over priced service

Made me wait an Hour for no food
The app told me my order was received while in reality i had to wait over an hour for the app to realize my order did not go through.
Fool Me Once
I had an item that they got the wrong item. They offered me a refund and I told them no I wanted the item actually delivered. It was kind of the center part of what I ordered. They offered a deliberate, but I was gonna have to pay half the service fee and Tip. So they wanted me to spend more money to get the order right instead of getting the order right in the first place
