Useless App
When the app cannot locate a store when you put the exact address in, it’s useless. When you can’t select a store to create an order, and you already know where the store is, the app is useless. When you have points and want to use the app, it’s useless.
Had another great meal with great service.
We love to eat at this Fazoli’s about 20 miles from our house and possibly the only one in North Carolina. Long may it stay open.

False advertisement
Poor it says order an adult meal and get a kids spaghetti free. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo with extra sauce and then it told me that the kids meal wasn’t free to me. That’s false advertisement.
No Sauce
Ordered loaded fettuccine a half an hour before close. Had no sauce

The food is delicious and you never have to wait long

First time at a Fazoli’s in a long time
Got the baked spaghetti with meatballs. Breadsticks were great too. Andrew was wonderful. He made sure we had plenty of breadsticks

So let’s start by saying I was skeptic of going to a fast food Italian restaurant, but after receiving some of the best service I’ve ever gotten anywhere and excellent food this place is a definite game changer for my wife and I
Johna, little older lady was one of the most amazing employees I’ve dealt with probably anywhere. She made it such a pleasure to talk to - I could talk to her all day, great food great company and conversation !!

Bug - Signing in with Apple ID
When signing up with my Apple ID through the latest version of the IOS app (I forgot I already had an account), if my phone # was previously registered, I’m unable to proceed. I can’t return to the main page to select a different method as there is no “Back” option, nor can I proceed with my phone number due to it already being registered. I had to delete and reinstall the app.
