J’ai beau essayer, je trouve son utilisation très compliquée pour faire de simples étiquettes de noms pour les affaires scolaires! On ne peut ajouter aucune déco 😩

Sorry to hear you're experiencing bugs in the Fichero Printer app. We've checked our ticketing system for your screen name and for the 'QR code' keywords but can't find any report from you to us about this. Maybe this was sent regarding another bug and/or from another screenname. For us to report this to the developers, which we'd be happy to do, please send an email to customerservice@fichero.eu with the following information: - your phone type and OS (for example iPhone 17 iOS 23), - the emailaddress you made the account on, - the printer article number and batchnr (both are above the barcode on the packaging or on the back/bottom of the printer), - a screenshot or mention of the verion of the Fichero app, - either screenshots or clear descriptions of the bugs you're encountering Once we have this info, we can send it to the developers to have them check it out.
