Absolutely Terrible Service – Two Years of Trying to Cancel!
I cannot express enough how frustrated I am with Findster. For the past TWO YEARS, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription, and no one has bothered to respond or assist me in any way. The customer service is completely nonexistent. I have reached out multiple times, both via email and through their support system, and I’ve received nothing but silence.
It's honestly baffling that a company can be so careless with their customers. Two years of endless attempts to resolve a simple issue and not even a single acknowledgment from their support team. I’m left paying for a service that doesn’t work, with absolutely no help in sight. If you’re considering using Findster, I strongly advise you to reconsider. You might find yourself stuck in a never-ending loop of frustration, with zero support when you need it the most.

It won’t let me make an account :(
can’t even use this, no matter which way I try to sign up it gives an error
Don’t work
Can’t register as any email I use says it’s already been registered which is bizarre as it definitely isn’t. Can’t pair, can’t “change password” if it was registered. I just don’t get it. It doesn’t work. End of

I purchased this in 2020, haven’t used much but new cat keeps escaping and went to charge and use product. Unable to sign in. Waste of $300.

Company no longer in business?
I don’t think this company is in business anymore, I can’t seem to register an account.
Is this even still a business?
I been trying to register but it won’t let me as it says my email already exists as a user but that’s not true at all. I thought this would be the most perfect device for my pup and I’m very disappointed to see that this business is no longer. Would’ve been perfect.
App no longer works
The website no longer works as well as the App. Should have spent more money and gotten a product that I could have used for years. Sent an email and will see if I get a response. If I could give zero stars I would.
Dead app, product is worthless
There is no way to log into the app anymore, which means the products I have a worthless. No way to contact support. Assume the company is dead.

The modules still work - but can’t sign into app!
Our friend’s dog passed away so we inherited the Findster set for our new puppy. Was able to download the app but not able to create an account. Was told that our emails were already in the system (incorrect) but that Forgot My Password link did not do anything.
Super frustrating because our friend raved about how great Findster was and the modules are still functional but we can’t use the app

Unusable app
Beginning to thing this brand/product is a scam. I’d give this app 0 stars if I could. No way to login. Tried to create an account and it says the email already exist - there is always an error when you say forgot password. App can’t connect to the other two options it gives (Apple login and Facebook login). No contact or help from customer service saying they’re outside of their working hours when it’s within the time they specify on their automatic response

Dead app and company
All methods of logging in are locked out. Can’t use the Findsters I have anymore due to this. What useless garbage!
UPDATE 1: I contacted Findster at the email they provided and it was returned because the email doesn’t exist. What the heck?
UPDATE 2: I contacted Findster at the next “correct” email they provided and never got a response. I also contacted them right from their website and nothing. Clearly some third party is still on the hook to respond to app reviews.

Is Findster still in business??
I haven’t use my Duo+ in a while and when I tried to log in to my account just now on the app, it didn’t recognize me. So I opted to reset my password. Got the automated reset email, but encounter “Server Error 500” when submitting my new password. Can’t log in with Apple ID, either. Is the app just a ghost now??

Bad connection
Looses connection all the time and can’t track my dog after he’s more than 100ft away. Has only gotten worse over time. Had to move onto a new tracker because of how useless this one is for me.
Horses and cat
I use the findster when I free graze the horses and when the cat goes out. It has been a tremendous help. Sometimes the charger doesnt charge reliably. May have connection issues. Otherwise love it! I am out of. I am out of phone range a lot and works well.
GPS not accurate
Sometimes it tells me my dog has left the area when he’s right on the porch. Other days it doesn’t tell me anything when he leaves. GPS map is very outdated. Probably at least 5 years old.
Asked me to remove bad feedback for money back
I had asked for my money back - a monthly fee that suddenly started to be charged. I got told I could get a refund if and only if I took down a negative comment - which incidentally I hadn’t posted. Beware of CPA charges.
Shady business practice
I have used Findster trackers for some time now. My first one worked ok for a while but then it started giving me messages that it was disconnecting and reconnecting even when my dog had not moved and was in the same room. I purchased a second module and tracker. Soon after I activated it I received an unauthorized $3.99 charge on my credit card for a subscription that I never signed up for. This is an unacceptable business practice and reflects the ethics and integrity of the company. I suggest you avoid doing business with Findster.
