Horrible app
PreFlight’s app was so much better. Better keep your email with QR code because app too difficult to use and spotty. Was even more troubling is no easy way to download QR code to Apple Wallet for easy retrieval in and out of parking garage. I wish Dine had never bought PreFligjt!

Best parking option in Houston!
The app makes it super easy to scan in / out and to keep track of reservations. Used my points for a free detail at their new Houston Hobby detail shop and - wow - my car looks amazing! Highly recommend!
You’re better off with the web version
I was unable to make a reservation through the app and had to use the website instead. The app is feels extremely outdated and not user friendly.
Terrible
It does not even have a current reservation on. I had to pull my email to get the barcode in order to park. Completely useless.
