Good but needs some work
I have some mixed feelings on this app. I absolutely love the diversity in the workouts and the content. There’s so many options on what you can do! However, my first complaint is that this app does not look the same on your phone versus on an iPad. If trying to keep up with the workout on your iPad, it still has the same look and format of that of a cell phone. I also don’t like that during the workout, Witney does not pause or take any breaks in between. She’s pretty quick with the workouts. The ones I’ve been doing are typically 10-15 minutes and I just find it a little tedious (and annoying) to have to keep pausing if I can’t go as fast as her, or if I need a break in between sets. I feel like she’s on the right track with the app and her workouts are good (challenging!) but the app itself needs some work.

As girl who love working out and retiring competitive dance and doesn’t like going to gym! I love this app! I use it every single it’s my favorite thing! I love getting a good burn in and dancing it makes it so fun

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with an app. I had an issue where my purchase was accidentally deleted, and Jax emailed me back within minutes—even though I reached out around 8 PM. He had to escalate it, but still had everything fixed within hours and even asked how I was enjoying the app and if I had suggestions. Truly above and beyond.
The tutorials are AMAZING. I love that they start at beginner level and build up. I’ve danced my whole life but never had access to ballroom training, so finally learning ballroom through this app has been such a joy.
Even better—my 10-year-old autistic son does the tutorials with me (he’s an Ezra superfan!), so it’s become something we enjoy together as a family. As a single mom, I love that this gives him instruction beyond just “mom teaching.”
Dancing with the Stars is my Super Bowl, and this app brings that joy into our home. Please keep the tutorials coming—and tell Witney this app is bringing families together through dance! 💃🖤

Not “free” like advertised
If you follow Witney on socials you’ll have seen her say it’s a “free” app. It’s free to download and then anything further requires a subscription. Pretty disappointing

Wow. The app has given me an easy way to get involved with my daughter's dancing progress. Great father/daughter bonding time! Btw, the Star lift is no joke!
Ballroom
As a dancer who took ballroom until Covid and hasn’t been able to afford to get back into it this is my new favorite app I love being able to train with Witney !!! I have already learned so much !
The only thing I’ll add is please keep adding Latin & ballroom classes to the app I’d love a Jive Paso and Salsa as well as some ballroom styles like Tango foxtrot and Quickstep !! Plus any more that you want to add !

My new favorite app!
This was a brilliant idea. I love Whitney and think she is an incredible dancer and now teacher, too. She makes each dance fun to learn. 10/10 recommend for beginners + experienced dancers.

I am not a dancer but I LOVE the hit workouts. It literally kicks my butt. My daughter loves dance and loves Witney even more, so this has been such a fun app to do with her. She’s learning all these new skills, and I am too without feeling stupid in a classroom setting. I love that I can do it all from the comfort of my own home, judgement free😜

Love Witney and the App, Just Missing One Thing!
I absolutely LOVE Witney! She’s always been one of my favorite DWTS pros, so I was so excited to see she launched this app! The tutorials are amazing, clear, fun, and easy to follow, but I was a little disappointed that there isn’t a part at the end where she puts the combos together with the actual music. I kept waiting for that moment in each video but it never came!
It would be awesome if future tutorials included a final run through with Witney dancing the full combo to the song (in the reflected view) so we can dance along with her. I figured it might be a copyright thing, but since some of those videos are on her YouTube, I’m really hoping it’s something that can be added!
Also, it would be super helpful to have a desktop or web version of the app so we can easily cast it to our TVs. AirPlay works, but it’s a little finicky sometimes.
Overall, I love the app and Witney’s teaching style. Adding those finishing touches would make it absolutely perfect!

My daughter and I have been waiting for an app like this! Dance is expensive and keeps my daughter so busy. She’s already at the studio 6+ hours/ week, so this app provides a way for her to learn a more broad range of dance styles without having to leave home for more hours in the studio. She’s been dancing for 8 years and this just builds upon her foundational dance skills and helps her in many styles of movement. The app is very affordable as far as dance training goes, trust me! We’re so excited to have this training right at our fingertips, and it’s already built her confidence in her dance skills and she’s so excited to get back on the app every day for more training! In addition, as a mom who used to dance, over 20 years ago-I’ve lost my “groove” and have forgotten how to move like I used to. I’m loving learning all of Witney’s ways! Dance lessons from a professional at age 36- yes please! Also loving her HIIT workouts so much-they are fun, easy to follow, modify, and very doable as a busy mom since they are only about 30 minutes. Job well done on an incredible app Witney👏🏻 ♥️

Game changer for dancers
This app is seriously a dancer’s dream! The lessons are easy to follow, the instructors explain everything so clearly, and the variety keeps it fun and challenging. I love that I can train anywhere, anytime—it feels like having a professional coach right in my pocket. My technique and confidence have already improved so much, and I actually look forward to practicing now. If you love to dance or want to level up your skills, this is THE app to get!
