Keeps my body functioning!
Favorite workout. They sneak in things you would do at physical therapy to keep your body in working order but youre having so much fun that you dont even realize it! Megan is so kind and motivating. The rest of the instructors all have such wonderful personalities as well.

One of the things I appreciate most about The Sculpt Society is how easy it makes it to incorporate movement throughout my day. The workouts feel approachable and flexible, so I don't have to set aside a full hour to feel like I've accomplished something. Even on busy days, I can fit in a quick class, and those small sessions really add up. It's helped me build a more consistent routine and view movement as something I can naturally weave into my day instead of another item on my to-do list. The variety of workouts and encouraging instruction keep me motivated, making it much easier to stay active in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.

Great for Pregnancy/Postpartum
I originally started using the app during my first pregnancy and have continued through their postpartum programs. It’s been wonderful and is the perfect amount of spice. It’s also been very manageable with a new baby.
The only workout I’ve stuck with
I’m 6 months postpartum and did a different postpartum workout plan but after finishing was looking for something that would keep me interested in working out and after giving this a try with a 5 week free trial, I was hooked! So fun and so many different kinds and intensities of workouts. I haven’t worked out consistently in years and now I am sad on the days I don’t get my workout in.
