Terrible customer service
I used to get loans with no issue. Now I keep getting denied due to them saying they can’t verify my identity then having to wait 30 days or 1 month before I can reapply again. I contact customer service number and can’t get ahold of a real person, so I emailed them and they tell me it’s no way for them to see why my identity to get verified. My information never changed from my pass applications that’s been approved. How can’t any explanation or evidence be proven on why I’m getting denied due to identity?

Fin Fit is a Blessing!
I am so grateful to work at a company that offers in fit because there are times when money is tight and bills are due and you still have to pay to eat to get insurance for the car to have the lights in the water on and I really appreciate being able to get those extra funds to help me not only make it through but to be able to be OK
