New card design not visible in Apple Pay
I love the app, however the virtual cards in Apple Pay still have the old design. When will they get the update?

Fio is the best for us! Service is very nice and we satisfy the Fio bank’s services.
Worst ever bank application
Never used worst bank application and bank settings. Searching through the transactions does not work correctly. All services need to be confirmed in person at the bank branch. There is no option to set up features directly in the app. No electronic signatures for documents. Very old fashioned app.

The application keeps bugging me
The application keeps bugging me, asking to update the details. My payments are being blocked at least twice a year, which is not acceptable.

Struggling with my Austrian banks App, I always enyoj coming back to this one. The FIO bank App has great functionality, a straightforward structure and search functions.

It is like a joke
I have no idea why you’d want to use that bank. The app looks like an Excel spreadsheet, and whenever you ask the manager about their services, they always give some ridiculous kids level answer.

…they even can’t properly deal with attacks - they only can cut other regions instead to use proper mechanisms… Loosers
