Suddenly stopped connecting

It suddenly stopped connecting, so I deleted the app and reinstalled and now it’s asking me to open a drawer. I have no idea what that means. And it just freezes after that.

Scam

The fireplace manufacturer that uses this app doesn’t care about anything but lining his pockets with more sales. This app does not work and all the reviews say so. I recommend returning your fireplace if you can if you want to use all its features correctly the way they advertise. Shame on this company.

Needs an update

I’ve had this app for 4 1/2 years. I love it cause I could just sit on my couch and turn on my fireplace and it really warms up this room but I got a new iPhone recently. iPhone 17. And now the app won’t work to turn on from my phone, which was very convenient cause I could do more on my phone than I could the actual remote. please update?
